Easy to read and straight-talking, it helps the reader to not only think
differently but to do differently. Unlike so many academically dry books Wilson
provides the reader with lots of ways to put into practice many of the teaching
in the book. I do love his analogies and metaphors, especially the air traffic
control one.

If you are in change management then this is a must read for you as you
organisation is most likely commiting many of the mistakes that he covers. For
the price of a couple of beers (one if you drink in London), this book will give
you actionable ideas over the weekend to put into practice on Monday.
