TERMS & CONDITIONS

COMPETITION ORGANIZER:

1) The “Promoter” is FICO.

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS:

2) The competition is open to residents of the  European Union, United Kingdom
and Ireland aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter and their
close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging
of the competition.

3) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to
be bound by these terms and conditions.

5) Only one e-mail address will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from
the same person will be disqualified.

6) Automatically generated entries and participants who make technical
manipulations will be excluded from the competition. Legal action will also be
taken.

7) The competition organiser and/or the companies involved in the implementation
of the competition reserve the right to check the correctness of the data of the
participants at any time when awarding the prizes.

PROCESS OF THE COMPETITION:

9) Closing date for entry will be 30/12/2022. After this date no further entries
to the competition will be permitted.

10) No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever
reason.

11) The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

12) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these
terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or
military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any
applicable law or regulation. The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the
competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any changes to the
competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

PRIZES:

13) The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any
entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

14) The prize is as follows:

FICO World Ticket - Value: varies

Apple AirTag - Value: $100

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The
prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter
reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value
without giving notice.

15) Winners will be chosen: by random drawing.

Prizes are awarded based on the random drawing of entrants that day. .









16) The winner will be notified by email  within 2 days of the closing date. If
the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of
notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and
pick a replacement winner.

17) The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be
collected / is delivered.

18) A liability of the game manufacturer, competition organizer and partner
companies for incorrect information provided by the participants or technically
caused errors in connection with the decision to win is excluded.

19) The winners assume responsibility for accepting the prize and bear all
consequences of such acceptance. Any costs, taxes or other information incurred
in connection with winning a prize shall be borne by the winners.

20) If the prize cannot be delivered to the winners within 1 month of
notification by post, the prize will be forfeited without compensation.

21) Prizes are awarded by FICO. and/or partner companies. The prize is awarded
after the closing date for participation. The competition organizer may replace
the prizes with other equivalent prizes at any time. The prizes are not paid out
in cash and cannot be exchanged. A waiver is possible. If a participant does not
provide his or her address data at the request of FICO. and thus prevents
shipment, he or she automatically forgoes the prize.

DATA USAGE:

22) The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity
material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or
any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data
protection legislation (see our Privacy Policy) and will not be disclosed to a
third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

LIABILITY:

23) The competition organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, change or
cancel the competition or parts of it without prior notice. It cannot be held
liable for this and no compensation can be claimed from it.

24) The competition organizer cannot be held liable if participants cannot
access the game and/or cannot participate in the competition due to technical or
other problems - in particular due to network overload.

25) The competition organizer and the companies involved in the implementation
of the competition draw the participants' attention to the special features and
limits of the Internet and disclaim any liability for consequences which
participants may suffer as a result of connecting to the Internet via partner
websites.

FINAL PROVISIONS:

26) The competition organizer expressly reserves the right to adapt these
conditions of participation at any time. No correspondence will be entered into
regarding the competition. Legal action is excluded. Swiss law applies
exclusively.

27) In the event of disputes concerning the interpretation and application of
these conditions of participation, an amicable settlement will be sought. The
place of jurisdiction for cases that cannot be settled amicably is (Zurich,
Switzerland.), January 2021.

operated by Brame Ltd. (“Brame“) and/or FICO.

1) In order to participate in this game and to process the data for marketing
purposes such as customer retention, you are expected to provide personal data
such as your name, username, personal contact details (address, zip code and
city and email address), date of birth, gender, lifestyle details and activities
(including underlying GPS data).

2) We collect data that you provide to us directly through the App/Website or
through third-party devices or applications that you connect to your account. We
also collect information about your interactions within the App/Website as part
of our ongoing efforts to improve the user experience.

HOW THE DATA IS PROTECTED AND USED

3) By using the App/Website, you consent to the collection, transfer,
modification, storage, disclosure and other uses of the Data for marketing
activities and technical support. Brame uses User Data only for the purposes of
technical support and security audits and all activities that serve to provide
the Service in a secure manner.

4) You authorize Brame and/or FICO. to de-identify your data and then copy,
process, use, publicly disclose and distribute the data in anonymized form for
academic and statistical purposes. Such anonymized data will no longer be
considered personal data.

5) You authorize Brame and/or FICO. to receive, review and store technical data
(including crash reports) retrieved from the devices you use to access the
App/Website.

6) We restrict access to the data to those Brame and/or FICO. employees or other
parties who need access to the data in order to provide our service. We maintain
appropriate physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your data,
including firewalls, individual passwords and encryption and authentication
technologies, and take all other necessary and appropriate administrative,
organizational, technical, personnel and physical measures to protect it from
unauthorized or unlawful processing and use, accidental loss or destruction, or
damage, theft, disclosure or alteration, and to safeguard its integrity. Please
note, however, that data transported over an open network, such as the Internet
or e-mail, may be accessible to anyone. We cannot guarantee, and are not
responsible for, the confidentiality of communications or information
transmitted over such open networks. When disclosing data over an open network,
you should keep in mind that such data may be accessible to others and,
consequently, may be collected and used by others without your consent. In

7) Brame and/or FICO. will use the data for marketing pur-poses and may make the
data provided by users available to third par-ties if this is necessary for the
provision of the service (e.g. involving a security company for security or an
audit). Brame and/or FICO. may use the data to contact Users regarding any
matter related to their activity on the Site. This includes sending motivational
emails and reminder emails.

WHO IS YOUR DATA SHARED WITH

8) The concept of the App/Website includes the disclosure of the data provided
by you and accessible through the App/Website to third parties for the purpose
of marketing activities, technical support and security audits and all
activities that serve to provide the Service securely. For all disclosures to
third parties it is ensured that they ensure data protection in accordance with
DSVO.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Like many websites, we use “cookie” technology to collect additional website
usage data and to improve the website, but we do not require cookies for many
parts of our services. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies.
However, you have the option of using your browser software to stop accepting
cookies or to warn you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit.
However, if you disable or choose not to accept cookies, some of the
functionality of the website may be impaired or you may not have access to areas

device. By accessing mobile applications operated by Brame and/or FICO. you

Facebook for Developers: For some of our applications we have implemented a
simplified login method. We use Facebook for Developers to enable login using
your existing Facebook Login.

HOW LONG THE DATA IS STORED

9) We store your data on an AWS data center in Europe for as long as necessary
for the purposes for which they are processed.

YOUR RIGHTS

10) You have the right to be informed by us about any processing of your data
and to receive a copy of our data (right of access). If you are affected by
incorrect or incomplete data, you can request the correction or completion of
all relevant data (right to rectification). You can request the deletion of your
data (right to erasure) or, in certain cases, a temporary restriction of
processing (right to restriction of processing). You may object to the
processing of your data (right to object) and have the right to receive your
data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to transfer
your data to another data controller, if technically feasible.

11) Your rights are subject to limitations necessary to (a) comply with
applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, and (b)
obtain legal advice or otherwise establish the exercise or defense of rights in
connection with any legal proceeding (including any prospective legal
proceeding).

DISCLOSURE OF DATA

12) We reserve the right to disclose information to the extent we reasonably
believe is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal
process or governmental request, (ii) enforce or investigate a possible
violation of such provisions , (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address
fraud, security or technical issues, (iv) respond to user support requests, or
(v) protect the rights, property, or safety of Brame and/or FICO. its users and
the public.

13) Please note that Brame and/or FICO. uses encryption software that may be
subject to export control regulations.

14) The App/Website may contain links to App/Websites or materials that are not
operated by Brame and/or FICO. Such other App/Websites are not subject to this
Privacy Policy and Brame and/or FICO. is not responsible in any way for the
content or accuracy of such App/Websites or for the policies applied to the
treatment of personal data and information. Connecting to or otherwise accessing
such App/Websites is at your own risk. We recommend that you read the policies
used by these App/Websites, and check how these App/Websites protect your
personal data and information and whether they are trustworthy.

UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

15) We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current
version is always available on our App/Website (www.brame.ch) The revised
