OUR STORY

Certified Health Coach & Nutrition Expert

I founded Elite Fitness in January 2012. In Elites early days I ran classes out
my basement. I started out offering Spin, Circuit and HIIT classes as well as
personal training and as the years went on I expanded to also offer Pilates and
Yoga classes as well. In May 2016, I moved the studio from my home space into a
store front just off of Main Street in Three Hills Alberta. It operated from
this location until December 2020.
