INTRODUCTION

Nest is a flagship staking protocol for RWAs deployed exclusively on Plume. By
decoupling yield streams from the assets themselves, Nest enables the creation
of new financial instruments, giving users the ability to earn, trade, and
manage yield independently of the underlying asset.

HOW NEST WORKS

Nest simplifies the process of accessing and earning yield from tokenized RWAs.
Here's how it works:

 1. Stake Stablecoins and Earn: Deposit stablecoins into one of Nest’s
    yield-bearing vaults and receive a vault token.

 2. Real-Time Earnings: Earn yield that accrues in real time to the vault from
    real world assets.

 3. Unstake Anytime: Unstake the principal amount of staked stables, and receive
    yield by burning the vault token.

Example Workflow:

 * Select one of the flagship yield bearing vaults (Nest Egg Vault) that contain
   a selection of AAA, AA, and AA grade tokenized assets.

 * Deposit USDC or USDC to mint NEV receipt token, whose value goes up when
   yield is paid to the vault

 * Track portfolio value in real time on Nest and in the wallet

Security and Transparency

Nest prioritizes user security and platform transparency.

Key Measures:

 * Audited Smart Contracts: All contracts are thoroughly audited by leading
   security firms.

 * Permissionless: No KYC is required to access or use Nest.

 * Composability: Vault tokens are composable with lending protocols and DEXes
   immediately at launch.
