Thank you for your business, we are grateful for the opportunity to be your home
comfort provider.

For your convenience, you can log into your account by visiting our website,
www.wilsonoilandpropane.com and clicking on the "My Account" button located at
the top of the home page. If you have never logged in to your online account,
look for the "Register for Online Access" section and simply follow the prompts.
Once completed, you will have full access to your online account. When logged
in, you will be able to see delivery and payment information, contracted gallons
remaining, enter into a pricing new agreement and more!

The propane pricing option you selected was our Fixed Price $2.379. (See the
terms of the payment plan in the following agreement.) You also selected
Wilson's None. The service plan(s) will allow you to rest easy, knowing that if
a problem occurs, our professional team will act quickly, 24 hours a day, to get
your system up and running. For more information about your specific service
plan, please visit our website

You elected to pay for your propane and your service plan on a 12 payment plan
which spreads payments out evenly through the year. (See the terms of you
payment plan in the attached agreement).

Below you will find the customer agreement that we discussed during our recent
call. This pricing agreement will provide you with the detail on the services
you selected. Please take a few moments to review the agreement in its entirety.
To sign the agreement, simply click in the "Click to Sign" box and select your
name in the pop-up box that follows. Next, click in the "Date" box and select
the date from the pop-up calendar. Next, click the "Finalize Document" button in
the bottom right of the screen. If after signing the pricing agreement you have
second thoughts and wish to opt out, please sign and mail the "Notice of
Cancellation" within that time frame you have agreed to and are bound by the
terms contained in this agreement.
