Access Learning: Product Enablement Spring Release Notes 2024
Welcome to Product Enablement’s first release notes for 2024! This season we've
released a brand new accreditation focused on creating and managing your own CPD
scheme. We’ve updated all of our supporting CPD articles on Knowledge Base to
support this, giving you the tools you need to track Continuing Professional
Development for your users. We’ve also taken the opportunity to give our
existing Assessments some much needed love, to make it easier for you.   New
Accreditation: Access Learning+ - CPD – Certified  A brand new accreditation for
Super Administrators focused on CPD functionality for Access Learning+ sites.
This is our first accreditation to be released in a brand new style with a
refreshed look, more interactivity and improved accessibility.  Broken up into
bite sized modules, this accreditation will take you through CPD functionality
in Access Learning, how you can get started using it, along with a guide on how
to create your own bespoke CPD scheme for your site. While it does cover some
Administrator functionality, this accreditation is aimed at Super Administrators
for your site.  We’re really keen to know what you think, so please pass on any
feedback or questions you have via your Customer Success Manager or Account
Manager.    Improving clarity and quality of our accreditations We’re also
taking a look at improving the quality of our other accreditations. With this in
mind, we’ve planned in some changes, some of which we’ve already implemented.
Making it clearer who accreditations are aimed at Some of our content is more
specifically aimed at particular customer bases. With this in mind, we’re
updating the names and descriptions of our accreditations to be clearer. 
Updating Assessment Questions Assessments for our accreditations are meant to be
challenging, but shouldn’t be an obstacle. We’ve reworked our assessment
questions to make them clearer to understand and easier to answer.  Evolving our
content We’ve released our first new look CPD accreditation. Going forward, all
new accreditations will be in this improved style. We’ll also be looking to
update our existing accreditations into this new style. Watch this space!
Remember, users already registered to our existing content won’t see changes to
them unless you Publish changes for them.     Updating our CPD content
Supporting the release of our new CPD focused accreditation, we’ve given our CPD
articles on Knowledge Base a refresh. These are now more up to date, with more
video content and ‘how to’ guidance to take you through CPD. We’ve highlighted
some of the changes below: Need help with CPD? Create a CPD scheme Add or amend
CPD Level Values to a CPD scheme Setting up your CPD Scheme Rules Adding CPD
Scheme Filters Enable CPD Adjustments for a CPD scheme Set up the CPD Digest
Email   What's coming next? Forms Accreditation We're working on a brand new
accreditation focused on our Forms functionality. One of our most popular
features, this accreditation will take you through the end to end process of
setting up Form templates and putting them into practice. This is aimed at
Administrators who are new to Forms functionality.  Topics covered will
include:  Creation of a Forms Template Publishing Forms, Version History and
Permissions Creating and updating Form Activity  Reporting on Forms Activities
We’re also working on an Advanced Forms accreditation for users wanting to use
Forms to their full advantage.   What can you do? We've got a lot of ideas and
ambitions on how we can improve our training content, but we need to hear from
you! Your feedback helps us to shape the content we create and the guides we
write, so let us know what you think does and doesn't work well for you. You can
let us know by contacting your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.

existing PeopleXD features, including WFM yearly time administration, as well as
creating Payroll Year End (UK) user guides and articles to support you through
the year end process.   New Accreditation: PeopleXD Recruitment – Administrator
– Certified  A brand new accreditation for administrators focused on completing
key tasks in the recruitment dashboard. This is our first accreditation to be
released in a brand new style with a refreshed look, more interactivity and
improved accessibility.  Broken up into bite sized modules, this accreditation
will help you learn the basics of being a Recruitment administrator using
PeopleXD. You'll be introduced to key administrator functionality including the
Recruitment Dashboard, Vacancies and Applicants. We’re really keen to know what
you think, so please pass on any feedback or questions you have via your
Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.   New Accreditation: PeopleXD
Recruitment – Configuration – Certified  A brand new accreditation for
administrators focused on configuring PeopleXD Recruitment. Broken up into bite
sized modules, you'll be introduced to key configuration tasks including the
configuring the dashboard, user data access, and reference data.   User Guide

Access HandiSoft (SuperFund): Unallocated amount caused by pension amount, or
member allocation adjustment
After applying the member allocation fix from the member allocation worksheet
the pension amount has now caused an unallocated amount in the Statement of
Financial Position in HandiLedger. We have tried adding back member details but
this caused an out-of-balance amount from the pension
