THE APARTMENT

Welcome to our lovely studio apartment in the diplomatic district of Budapest.
It’s a renovated, 30 sqm flat with new furniture. It can accommodate 2 travelers
comfortably. Bathroom is recently renewed to make your stay even more
convenient.

This jewel box would provide a really comfortable stay for a short visit or even
for a longer period of time. Home Away apartment is a well equipped place with a
lot of charm in the most beautiful street of Budapest.

CHECKING-IN AND OUT

 * Checking-in is available every day from 2 pm. until 11 pm. Would you arrive
   later? Not a problem, but late check-in fee applies in this case. More
   information about late check-in fees are available here!
 * Check-out time is 10 am .If you’d prefer to leave after 18.00, late check-out
   fee applies. We can only allow You to stay in the apartment after 10 am, if
   there is no arriving guest on that day.


KEY COLLECTION AND HOUSE RULES

 * Keys will be handed over to you upon arrival after filling-out the official
   check-in form.
 * Home Away apartment is a non-smoking property, it’s strictly prohibited to
   smoke inside. Please, do not play loud music or have parties after 10 pm.
 * Please, help us to keep the apartment in a good condition. Treat the place
   as  your own home.

  Отличные апартаменты, есть все необходимое, хороший вайфай, мини кухня,
посуда. Рядом супермаркеты, остановка общественного транспорта (троллейбус).
Недалеко станция метро и автобус. Тихий спокойный район. Приветливый,
общительный хозяин, всё разъяснил и показал, подсказал лучшие маршруты и
локации. Рекомендую.

Szabolcs was a great host. He remained very responsive when it was time for
check in and ensured that I got to the right location. This Airbnb is perfectly
located within the city for transportation or even walking to most places. I
would strongly recommend this location for people traveling to Budapest for a
few days.

Szabolcs is a great host, the apartment is cute, perfect for couples. We were in
November so I have to say - it was very warm in the apartment, we didnt have to
use our blankets most of the night 🙂 The host gave us some useful tips for
local food and places. In front of the building there is a trolley station and
it takes you to the inner city. Also, the metro station is near. Overall -
great, thanks 🙂

Apartments in best possible location, very near the historical center. Few
groceries stores are located near by. Host is very polite and always helps if
any information is needed. We have all information how to get to apartments in
better way, how can we explore Budapest or where the best spot for money
exchange 🙂 Well equipped kitchen and hair drier is present. Most valuable plus
of apartments is location, few kilometers on foot to historical center. Near by
Jewish district, a very beautiful part of the city, with a lot of cozy cafes and
bars.”

Extremely helpful and polite contact person, he offered a lot of information for
visiting the city and was already at the property waiting for us, speaks english
really good. The parking was great, no extra payment and safe. The apartment is
rather small but comfortable and clean. We appreciated the tv cable , we were
able to watch the channels we like.

A very cute studio, perfect for a single person. All the tips, maps and
directions were very helpful, as well as everything you'd need. A bigger space
than I was expecting coming from London where everything is small! Excellent
location too -- I walked everywhere.

Szabolcs is the best host ever - very nice, replying instantly and is always
there for your in case you need something (like waiting until 2 a.m. when your
plane is delayed 🙂 ). The place is also very cute, in a good neighbourhood and
you can find there anything you could probably need. A big recommendations from
my side!

Szabolcs’s place is really comfortable and clean! It’s location is also very
good where you can reach to attractions easily using the public transportation.
Szabolcs also attended to and solved our problem in the house in a short time
where we really appreciated that! Overall I would recommend this place to people
who wants to visit Budapest!

This place is great for one or two people. Just a five minute walk from the
metro that takes you right to the centre of town. And if you don't want to take
the metro it's a really beautiful 20 minute walk. We stayed here in December and
the Christmas lights on the streets were so beautiful. The place the very
spacious except for the little kitchen that can only fit one person in it but it
was still perfect for what needed it for. Szabolcs was a great host and gave us
so many suggestions of things to see and his favourite places to eat which were
all amazing. If we ever needed anything we would just let him know and he would
respond right away, he really wanted to make sure we had the best time possible
in Budapest. All in all it was a really great place to stay 🙂

We had a lovely stay in Budapest and Szabolcs´ studio. It is spacious, very
bright and comes with everything you need - good Wifi, all the necessary kitchen
utensils, a comfortable bed, a cute bathroom. The studio was very clean, too
(which I think is important). A plus: there is a small café are right around the
corner. We enjoyed staying a bit outside of the city center (a 25 min. walk or
10 min. by metro) because the area was beautiful. Szabolcs was very helpful -
for example - he gave us a map with recommendations where to go and eat. Thanks
Szabolcs! … We´d definitely rent this studio again!

We had a lovely time in Budapest and the apartment was perfectly located in a
beautiful street, a short walk from the centre of town and all the main
attractons. Szabolcs was very helpful and kind and gave us some excellent advice
and detailed directions on things to do and see in Budapest. The apartment was
sparkling clean and very comfortable. We would highly recommend anyone to stay
here 🙂
