WHAT IS MSME DIGITAL GRANT MADANI 2024?

The MSME Digital Grant MADANI 2024 is a new program by the Malaysian government.

cost, up to RM5,000 per company, for small businesses and cooperatives. This
grant is made to support businesses as they move into the digital world and do
well in today’s market.


APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY MSME DIGITAL GRANT MADANI 2024

To get the MSME Digital Grant MADANI 2024, MSMEs and cooperatives must meet
certain requirements and have the right documents.


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

To apply for the MSME Digital Grant MADANI 2024, one needs to possess criteria
as below:

 * Malaysian-owned: At least 60% owned by Malaysian citizens.
 * Registration: Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM),
   Local Authorities (PBT), or Malaysia Co-operatives Commission (SKM).
 * Operating duration: Operated for at least six months.
 * Annual turnover: An average annual turnover of at least RM50,000.
 * Previous grants: Not received previous Digitalization Matching Grants.


REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

To apply for the MSME Digital Grant MADANI 2024, follow these steps:

 * Identification: Copy of identity card or passport of
   director(s)/partner(s)/proprietor(s), whichever is applicable.
 * Business License: Business registration documents/SSM business profile/SKM
   registration docs.
 * Financial Documents: Latest audited accounts, management accounts, or latest
   two-month bank statements.

 * Invoice: Invoice/quotation issued by Digitalization Partners.

APPLICATION PROCESS FOR MSME DIGITAL GRANT MADANI 2024

To apply for the MSME Digital Grant MADANI 2024, follow these steps:

 1. Application: Ensure you meet all the above criteria and prepare all the
    required documents. Once prepared, reach out to your chosen Digitalization
    Partner (DP) or click here to request a quotation for your desired
    service(s). You may select up to three digital services/products from the
    same DP.
 2. Approval process: Complete the application form and approved
    MSMEs/cooperatives will be notified via email. The application process
    duration can take up to 3 working days.
 3. Payment: Make a balance payment for the selected services within a 14-day
    period via a specific payment link.
 4. Service delivery: Once the balance payment is received, the chosen
    Digitalization Partners will deliver the selected digital services to your
    MSME or Cooperative.
 5. Claim & disbursement: Digitalization Partners are required to submit a claim
    form along with proof of service delivery. Once approved, DPs can expect a
    disbursement of 50% of the total invoice amount (or up to RM5,000.00).

No, if you’ve already gotten a Digitalization Matching Grant before, you can’t
apply for the MSME Digital Grant MADANI 2024.

What happens after my application gets approved?

Once your application is approved, you’ll get an email telling you. Then, you’ll
need to pay the rest of the bill (after taking away the subsidy) within 14 days.
After you pay, the Digitalization Partner you picked will start providing the
service.

How do I pay?

You’ll get an email with a special link for payment. You should use that link to
pay.

What if I don’t pay within the time they said?

If you don’t pay within the time they said, they’ll cancel your grant approval
automatically. Then, you’d have to apply for the grant again.

Can I apply for more than one service?

Yes, you can apply for up to three different digital services under the MSME
Digital Grant MADANI 2024.
