CESAR HIRSCH

Cesar Hirsch was born in Caracas, Venezuela with a passion for equestrian and a
knack for business. He graduated in Venezuela with a bachelor’s degree in
International Business and performed specialized post-graduate studies in the
Advanced Program in International Business at Northeastern University in Boston,
Massachusetts, in 1994.

With decades of business experience, Cesar proudly achieved recognitions from
Subway Corporation during his tenure as one of the leading franchisees in
Venezuela. Telecommunications is also a business skill developed during the
years as owner-operator of 3 Digitel locations. Great Wall Venezuela a company
Cesar founded as exclusive distributor of GWM vehicles focused on import,
distribution, logistics for a network of 10 dealers in Venezuela with a team of
over 200 people; GWV acclaimed best customer service award; best post-sales
service award, and top sales performer of the network.

His passion for horses and interest in the equestrian sport led him to compete
internationally for ten years. He is an International Equestrian Federation
(FEI) Equestrian Sport Official, and FEI Course Director. During his more than 2
decades in the FEI he accounts for hundreds of international events including
Olympic Games RIO 2016, 2 World Equestrian Games, 2 World Cup Finals, 6
Pan-American Games, 6 Central American and Caribbean Games, 4 Bolivarian Games
and Central American Games, 5 South and North American Championships, CSIO 5*
and CSI 5*among others.

He currently serves as President of the Pan-American Equestrian Confederation
(PAEC), consultant and Jumping Manager for the next Olympic Games TOKYO 2020.

His skills in communication achieved through years in professional business
activities and his affinity for sports led him to television and radio
broadcasting. He starred in live broadcasts of the National Football League in
two Superbowls: XXXVI in New Orleans, Louisiana, and XXXVII in San Diego,
California. He was the first Venezuelan to broadcast the NFL live from the
stadium.

Cesar is dedicated to the development of equestrian sports. To that end, he took
a stylish turn with the launch of Equis, LLC and is bringing a touch of
international luxury to the North American market through Equis Boutique and its
partners.

Cesar is married to Francis Hoet, originally hailing from Belgium and one of
Wellington’s top broker associates (www.wellingtonproperties.com). They have 4
children: Nicole, Leopoldo, Victoria, and Isabella.

CARLOS EGANA

Carlos Egana came to United States more than 15 years ago after spending most of
his youth in Venezuela. He earned his degree in Advertising in Venezuela and
started in the marketing field as an advertising consultant, representing
liquors like “Something Special” and “Chivas Regal” working for two well-known
Venezuelan companies called PROA Comunicaciones Integradas and Pernod Ricard.

In 2006, Carlos started his own franchise with Pakmail where he worked as an
advertising consultant, store manager and sales coordinator.

Carlos’s dedication, enthusiasm and passion for the marketing field led him to
start working as a Realtor in 2016. He then spent the last several years working
closely with investors for potential opportunities, making sure each operation
is handled in a positive environment and as smoothly as possible.

Last year Carlos had the opportunity to join Galo Logistics delivery service
providers delivering packages as a driver. Later on, he worked his way up to
becoming a Dispatcher and Operation Manager for such company in the West Palm
Beach area in Florida.

Carlos has learned from the best leaders during these more than 10 years of
experience in the telecommunications, marketing and logistics fields.

As a Delivery Associate working for LMH Plus Logistics, you will be using the
latest technology to bring happiness and joy to customers who shop on Amazon.
You will timely deliver packages to their front door in branded, comfortable
vehicles in a safe manner. For our company, employee well-being is a top
priority. You will work in a healthy supportive environment. We offer full time
or part time job with flexible shifts that can adapt to your schedule.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 1. Ability to lift, carry, load and move 50 pound packages.
 2. Ability to operate and navigate an extended wheel vehicle of up to 10,000
    pound.
 3. Technology friendly. You will be using different devices and Apps and its
    required that you are able to used them appropriately.
 4. Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
 5. 21 years of age or older.
