These pans stick and stain like crazy. From the first time I cooked
with them. It doesn't matter if I use oil, butter, or nothing. It
doesn't matter if I cook bacon, sausage, grilled cheese, steak... It
sticks and it stains.

I have only had this for a few weeks, but it says not to use pan spray
or it will stain. And it says to only use silicone or non-scratch
utensils. I use silicone utensils along with a small amount olive oil
or butter. Great light product that cooks evenly on low to medium heat.

I am away from my home at the moment, but I can say the pots are not
the heavy weight set. They are the perfect weight for home use...not
thin stuff. With that being said, I must say this is the best set of
non stick cookware I have ever bought. Nothing ever sticks and I have
been using them for over 6 months

I don't know because I cook only on a gas stove. Good luck trying to
get an answer from their customer service. I had a question about the
cookware set and sent an email and never got a response. The booklet
that comes with the set doesn't give enough information. However, I
really do like the cookware set, just couldn't get a hold of the
company to answer my question.
