 JK Solutions

JK Solutions was established by Peter Morero and Linda Watterson to provide
business and policy consultancy services to develop strategies in today’s
complex global marketplace.  The group takes an independent and innovative
approach to contemporary public and private sector problems, particularly in the
areas of health and culture.  Principal consultants bring years of experience in
successfully managing businesses and working within large public sector
organisations delivering on the ground services.  Experience in working with a
range of individuals at all levels in the consumer – producer chain is brought
to bear to provide unique insights into the structure of markets and provide
clients with expanded capacity to capitalize on their strengths and maximize
their effectiveness.

Linda Hong Bin Watterson 
BEng

Dr Morero is a medical doctor currently practicing in Queensland.  His
background in health policy, public sector management, statistics and planning
complement his clinical experience.

Ms Watterson is an expert on cultural and creative industries, business
management, and entrepreneurship.  She brings a unique perspective on
understanding cultural and economic developments in contemporary society.

 

He combines regular clinical practice with work on a diverse range of
projects.   This includes a focus on health economics, service delivery and
public health, but also in broader public policy, economics and quantitative
analysis. 

 

Her experience in managing a successful international group servicing the mining
industry provides an invaluable practical dimension to her understanding of
modern business, particularly in the mining and energy sector.

Amongst his achievements are a number of consultancy projects involving
interviewing and engaging stakeholders to identify and articulate policy options
and solutions.

She maintains links to clients in the mining industry in China and Australia,
and has recently completed in depth interviews of major figures in creative
industries in China.
