 * HOW DOES DINING ALLIANCE DETERMINE HOW MUCH CASHBACK EACH RESTAURANT EARNS?

Dining Alliance tracks our members’ proofs of purchase to determine which
products you bought on all of your orders from your vendors.  We analyze your
purchases to see where the products that you bought match the product numbers of
our rebated line items — every time you buy one of the items on our rebate
contracts, we add that amount of money into your CashBack account! 

 * Can Dining Alliance help me save on all of my vendors, even disposables and
   produce?

Our CashBack contracts cover over 165,000 line items across dozens of product
categories including food, disposables, smallwares, equipment and just about
everything else that restaurants might be ordering.  We also offer local
specialty vendor programs that help our members increase their quality AND save
money on categories such as produce, dairy, baked goods, meat, seafood and
disposables.

 * Do I need to switch my distributors to take advantage of Dining Alliance?

No, You DO NOT need to switch distributors to earn CashBack from Dining
Alliance.  As long as you can provide us with your proof of purchased, you can
earn CashBack.  We also offer a wide range of “Beyond Prime” programs that offer
savings opportunities on ancillary spend items like uniforms, television
services, credit card pricing and many other areas.

 * Do I need to change which products I purchase to be a member of Dining
   Alliance?

Absolutely not!  You are eligible to earn CashBack on the items you already buy,
as long as those items are covered by our CashBack contracts.  Many of our
members work with our purchasing specialists to find more opportunities to save
by switching from items that are not covered, to those that are.  There are
plenty of ‘no-brainer’ non-emotional products that members can switch to in
order to earn additional CashBack.  Think about it… would you switch your
garbage can liners or your toilet paper in order to boost your profitability?

 * Why do manufacturers fund CashBack payments to Dining Alliance Members?

Our manufacturer partners love to reward their end users for being loyal to
their products. These CashBack rebates are available to all operators via our
contracts. We serve as the bridge between our members and our manufacturer
partners and deliver those rebates directly to our operator members in the form
of our CashBack payments. We pay our operators members the FULL AMOUNT of the
rebates they earn, and make our revenue through separate partnership agreements
