ELECTRONIC RECORD AND SIGNATURE DISCLOSURE AND AGREEMENT TO DO BUSINESS
ELECTRONICALLY with the person/entity which sent you document(s) ("Sender") and
airSlate, Inc. ("airSlate")

From time to time, Sender and/or airSlate (collectively "we" or "us") may need
or be required by law or otherwise to provide to you certain written notices,
disclosures, or other communications. Described below are the terms and
conditions for providing to you such communications electronically through
airSlate’s electronic systems, including websites and applications related to
the pdfFiller, signNow, and airSlate software and services (collectively, the
"Systems"). This consent applies to all documents displayed to you during the
current session after your acceptance of this Electronic Record and Signature
Disclosure and any other notices, disclosures, agreements, letters, stat ements,
audit logs, documents, and communications sent to you by us in relation to the
subject matter thereof or as part of or related to the same workflow or document
created and modified from time to time using the System. The consent will also
apply to any updates, modifications, amendments, and reiterations of such
documents. Please read the information below carefully and thoroughly, and if
you can access this information electronically to your satisfaction and agree to
these terms and conditions, please confirm your agreement by clicking the "I
consent" button.

All Communications Will Be Sent to You Electronically

We will be providing you, via electronic mail to your email address all required
notices, disclosures, authorizations, acknowledgements, and other communications
that are required to be provided or made available to you during the course of
our relationship with you.

Valid and Current Email Address, Notification and Updates.

Your current valid email address is required in order for you to use the Systems
and receive communications from us. You agree to keep Sender and airSlate
informed of any changes in your email address. To advise Sender of a change in
your email address, please send an email to Sender directly.

You are responsible for keeping your primary email address on file with airSlate
through your personal airSlate account up to date so that airSlate can
communicate with you electronically. You understand and agree that if airSlate
sends you an electronic communication but you do not receive it because your
primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, airSlate’s email is
blocked by your Internet service provider, or you are otherwise unable to
receive electronic communications, airSlate still will be deemed to have
provided the communication to you.

If you use a spam filter or other technology that blocks or re-routes emails
from senders not listed in your email address book, you must add pdffiller.com,
signnow.com, and airslate.com domain names to your email address book so that
you will be able to receive the communications airSlate sends to you.

It is your responsibility to check your email for Electronic Communications and
for updates to this Agreement.

Login Credentials

Immediately after you complete filling out, signing, and submitting this
document, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create your
personal login details for your personal airSlate account if you do not already
have one. Please save your login details and this email for your records.

Getting Paper Copies

Using your personal login credentials, at any time, you may log into your
account ("airSlate account") and download or print out this document or other
documents, notices, disclosures that we may send you via the Systems.

This and other documents will be stored in your airSlate account, for your
convenience, free of charge for at least 6 months, unless you choose to delete
them. For a period 12 months from the date of receipt, if you wish for airSlate
to send you paper copies of any such documents, you understand and agree that
airSlate may charge you up to $1.00 as a Paper Communications Fee for each paper
copy plus any required postage fees. You may request delivery of such paper
copies from airSlate by emailing our support team at support@airslate.com.

If you elect to sign up for an airSlate subscription, including agreeing to the
applicable airSlate Terms of Service, you will be able to store this and other
documents in your airSlate account as long as you have an active subscription.

By clicking the "I consent" button, you acknowledge that you are able to use the
Systems to retain, by printing and/or downloading and saving, this Agreement and
any other agreements and communications, documents, or records that you agree to
electronically sign, fill in, edit, contribute to, or receive using the Systems.
You accept electronic communications provided via the Systems as reasonable and
proper notice, for the purpose of any and all laws, rules, and regulations, and
agree that such electronic form fully satisfies any requirement that such
communications be provided to you in writing or in a form that you may keep.

Withdrawing Your Consent

If you decide to consent to receive notices and disclosures from us
electronically, you may at any time change your mind and tell us that thereafter
you want to receive required notices and disclosures only in paper format. In
order to indicate to us that you are changing your mind, you must withdraw your
consent by sending an email to support@airslate.com and also to Sender
indicating that you no longer wish to receive any communications electronically
from us. If consent is withdrawn, airSlate reserves the right to discontinue
your airSlate account, terminate any and all agreements with you, and/or charge
you additional fees for paper copies as provided above.

Consequences of Withdrawing Your Consent

If you elect to receive required notices and disclosures only in paper format,
it will slow the speed at which we can complete certain steps in transactions
with you because we will need to first send the required notices or disclosures
to you in paper format, and then wait until we receive back from you your
acknowledgment of your receipt of such paper notices or disclosures.
Furthermore, we will no longer be able to use the Systems to send you the
required notices and consents electronically and there will be no option to sign
documents electronically via the Systems.

Your continued use of the Systems is an explicit agreement to the airSlate’s
Terms of Service accessible at https://www.airslate.com/terms-of-service and
Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.airslate.com/privacy-policy and this
ELECTRONIC RECORD AND SIGNATURE DISCLOSURE.

Acknowledging Your Access and Consent to Receive Materials Electronically

notices and disclosures from us electronically, please verify that you were able
to read this electronic disclosure and that you also were able to print on paper
or electronically save this page for your future reference and access and where
you will be able to print on paper or save it for your future reference and
access.

By checking the "I consent" button, I confirm that:

 * I can print on paper this Disclosure, save it electronically, or send the
   disclosure to a place where I can print it or save it, for future reference
