PASSWORD SELF SERVICE Use the link that applies to your situation. If your account is locked wait 15 minutes for it to unlock itself then try again before trying these links. If you are unable to login after trying these links contact your supervisor. "Forgot My Password" requires you to have a mobile phone number defined in your MFA security info. If you only registered with the Microsoft Authenticator, and did not specify a mobile number, you will not be able to use the "Forgot My Password" link. If you still have access to sharepoint, use the "Update My MFA Info" link to add your mobile number, make sure you set the option on the number to "text me a code" to ensure you can use the "Forgot My Password" link next time in the future. It can take 15 minutes for the system to recognize a mobile phone number change. NOTE: If you change your password and are using CAPVMobile wifi on your personal cell phone (not agency owned) at the office, you will need to disconnect then reconnect using your new password or your phone may lock you out of your account. Your email apps may also prompt you for your new password as well.
