Course description:

Nacha introduces new Rules at least annually and changes to the Rules are
typically made twice a year, with additional Operations Bulletins that may be
issued.

This webinar will take attendees through a review of the most recent Rules
Changes (in 2023) and any 2024 Rules changes on the horizon, PLUS all the
details on possible proposed changes. Discussion on best business practices for
how financial institutions can ensure these changes have been implemented and
are in compliance with the Nacha Operating Rules. The importance of internally
informing and downstreaming the changes and responsibilities for Rules
compliance to their ACH Originators and Third-Party Senders will be included.

As educating your teams and ACH clients is a significant internal control, it is
important to understand how these new Rules will impact your daily ACH
operation.

Areas covered:

 * Define amendments to the Rules on Expanding Same Day ACH and how these
   changes will affect you as a financial institution, as the RDFI and the ODFI!
 * New Rule on Micro-Entries and how to identify you have all the steps in place
   to ensure compliance with the Nacha Operating Rules
 * Included will be the most recent amendment on clarifying the Roles and
   Responsibilities of Third-Party Senders (TPS) in the ACH Network by
   addressing the existing practice of Nested Third-Party Sender relationships
   (effective Sept 2022)
 * Recent RFC (Request for Comment) plus an RFI (Request for Information) on
   Risk Management Topics

About the webinar presenter:

Donna K Olheiser has over 25 years of experience in the financial services
industry which includes 9 years' experience as the education service director at
a Regional Payments Association (RPA), where she managed and facilitated the
entire education program for nearly 800 financial institution members. Prior to
that, Ms. Olheiser spent 14 years in various departments with the Federal
Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and also holds the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP)
designation.

Her extensive knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for transferring payment
processing knowledge using the adult learning theory is remarkable and has
helped many payment professionals perform daily operational tasks including
exception processing while remaining compliant with the NACHA Operating Rules.
She uses scenarios and examples to bring the learning home, easy to comprehend
and apply to life day-to-day ACH processing. Her ability to engage the learner
through the entire training event helps the adult learner apply what they've
learned during each training session.

REFUND POLICY:

Attendees may cancel up to 24 hours before the course start date and the refund
will be processed within two working days.

We will process/provide a refund if the webinar is canceled. On-demand
recordings can be requested in exchange. Webinars may be canceled due to a lack
of enrolment or unavoidable factors. Attendees will be notified 24 hours in
