Department of Energy Round Robin Testing Report – April 12, 2021

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has conducted round robin testing for
several TVs in an effort to evaluate the within-lab variation (i.e.,
repeatability) and assess the between-lab consistency (i.e., reproducibility) of
a new test method developed to measure the power consumption and dynamic
luminance of TVs. DOE describes their results and conclusions in the report
linked below.
