All you need to know about Skepri


WHO IS THIS SERVICE INTENDED FOR?

We're mainly recommending using Skepri for IT recruitment purpose, but since
after creating AI interview you can test it for free, we recommend creating
interview for any work sector and just try out if you are happy with the
quality.


HOW CAN I SEND INTERVIEW INVITATION TO MY CANDIDATES?

You can invite the candidates to the interview that you've created from employer
panel after creating at least one interview template. Once you are in the
interiew panel, click Interviews from the left pane, click triple dots from the
bottom right corner of the interview that you want to invite to and click Invite
from the dropdown. There are three different ways to invite candidate:
 * Single candidate invitation
 * Batch invitation – you need to create candidates list beforehand. Click here
   to check how to do that.
 * Links generation

In first two scenarios our system will automatically send invitations to the
specified candidates. In the third scenario you will receive email with all
interview links which you can send to the candidates of your choose. More on

HOW INTERVIEW TOKENS WORK?

One interview token is equal to one interviewed candidate. Buying interview
token means, that you are able to invite and interview single candidate using
Skepri. Purchased token is not tagged to any candidate nor interview template,
so you can use it on whichever interview and candidate you want.


WHAT IF CANDIDATE WILL NOT INTERVIEW AFTER BEING INVITED? WILL I LOSE INTERVIEW
TOKEN?

Once you will send the invitation (or generate links), your tokens are getting
temporary blocked. If the candidate ignores the invitation, you will receive
your interview tokens once the interview invitation expires and you are in
charge on when that happens. You can find more details on that here.


WHAT IF SOMETHING WILL GO WRONG WITH THE INTERVIEW (E.G. CANDIDATE FEELS THAT
THE INTERVIEW WAS CONDUCTED UNFAIRLY)?

We're continuously checking performance of the tool that ensure that the quality
is up to the human level, so those scenarios should be minimal at best. In
scenarios where candidate wants to report something suspicious that happened
during the interview, all that is required is writing an email to
support@skepri.com. After receiving an email we're manually evaluating conducted
interview to see if candidate's compalint is valid.


CAN I TEST INTERVIEW BEFORE PURCHASE?

Yes you can! Just create your own interview template and you will be asked if
you want to test interview. Test interview will take around 15 minutes of your
time.


HOW LONG DOES INTERVIEW TAKE?

Interview will usually take between 30 minutes to one hour. The exact value
largely depends on candidates responses.
