FaultFinder monitors network performance from the perspective of the end user.
It builds a dynamic model of normal performance, constantly learning and
re-learning to adapt to trend shifts. It compares real-time measurements against
these models. When an anomaly is detected it can trace the root cause and also
measure the impact of the fault in terms of performance and the volume of
customers affected.


MEASURE IN-HOME PERFORMANCE WITH REALSPEED

Poor home Wi-Fi is the cause of over 50% of all complaints to ISP care teams. As
well as being the most frequent, they are often the most complicated to resolve.
With RealSpeed, you can measure your home Wi-Fi performance and troubleshoot

RealSpeed runs two sequential tests automatically. One from your router, this

OUR FIRST EVER REPORT COMPARING BROADBAND OF TWO COUNTRIES

The South Pacific neighbours, Australia and New Zealand, are the closest of
allies, but have a long tradition of being friendly rivals. SamKnows is running
independent broadband measurement studies in both countries, but has just
released a first-of-its-kind joint report. So, why are Australia and New Zealand
benchmarking themselves against each other?


SAMKNOWS HELPED VODAFONE HUNGARY COMPLY WITH EU BEREC REGULATIONS

New EU BEREC regulations required ISPs in member countries to prove they could
provide speeds greater than 1Gbps for customers on their highest package. With
many routers only supporting speeds up to 940Mpbs, Vodafone Hungary sought help
from SamKnows to be able to measure speeds above 1Gbps.

This month we've improved how our RealSpeed tests connects with the SamKnows
Agent. We've added more control over metadata customisation to our Management
Suite. Updated our chart colours to increase contrast and improve accessibility
