STORY BEHIND THE SEJAYA ...

Sejaya Micro Credit was incorporated in 2015 to change the situation in which
big microfinance players are focusing on profit maximization and have forgotten
the spirits of genuine microfinance. Ms. Renuka Rathnahewage, the founder and
CEO, is a respected microfinance practitioner in Sri Lanka and has built the
team from scratch with motivated professionals. Sejaya aims to create social
capital, to enhance living standards and to reduce poverty of low-income
households by providing inclusive financial services with social responsibility.
``Sejaya`` means ``Win for all`` in Sinhalese as we work hard to create a
Win-Win-Win situation for our clients, staff, and Investors.
