that permits one a great sense of fulfillment in their lives. We are unique when
dealing with challenges in life, and at times might need support in finding a
purpose that promotes inner growth and self-awareness. Finding solutions can
become challenging at times but with an engaging therapeutic relationship, one’s
challenges become meaningful and solvable feats. . How can we make sense of
obstacles that damp many of our dreams and plans for life? How do we confront
difficulties with curiosity and self-awareness

experiencing the beauty of life as never before. Focusing on the “here and now”
will enrich your inner life and you will gain the best results by working with a
therapist you trust who uses a therapy modality you see as the best match for
your needs.

I am a compassionate and professional therapist with a deep passion for empathy
and believe in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I specialize in
working with women and men who struggle with complex trauma, anxiety,
depression, grief, relationship/family issues, sexual abuse, and PTSD.

I OFFER..

I offer therapy sessions in person or online via video. I’m available on
Thursday, Friday, Saturday all day long from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm

I WORK..

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to
their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply
into the issues at hand, and work together to create a plan for addressing them
in a way that helps you get your life back. The goal is for clients to gradually
improve and heal from their traumas and depressions.

I specialize in Anger Management, Coping Skills and Trauma and PTSD 

QUALIFICATIONS

In practice for 2 years

Attended the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, Master of Arts, Mental
Health Counseling with concentration in trauma and abuse. Graduated 2023.
