I travel to the city often for work, and have stayed in several different hotels and serviced apartments. I have now found my home-away-from-home! The apartment is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. There is a kitchen with everything you may need, a cozy living area and a beautiful bedroom with comfortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom and balcony. But the two highlights of the apartment? The staff and the location. Walking distance to a western-style grocery store, a pharmacy, the Westin, restaurants and bars. And it is perfectly safe to walk at any time - as a female, I had no nerves walking around in the area after dark, well into the night. And the staff! Beyond helpful. They were willing to help with my every request. Mohit was incredibly responsive via email, regardless of time of day. Sameena gave me her phone number and also answered whatever strange question or request I had, no matter what it was or where I was. I loved my stay and truly look forward to staying again. I felt safe leaving and coming back even on short errands when my husband was not with me. They came in daily and cleaned and were there to assist our every need! The security guards, housekeepers, and manager (the WHOLE Olive staff!!) were all SO helpful and kind! It was wonderful to have a washer in our apartment and a dryer downstairs!!
