Home: About PROJECTS PORTFOLIO WORK ACCESSIBLE IN ONE PLACE UPPER STREET Basement conversion, from a storage area to a fully functional kitchen and dining room area. Complete with an electrical upgrade. We had to tackle various obstacles on this project such as cold temperatures when laying concrete on the floor and damp walls, one of the challenges in converting an old basement. The team worked hard to complete this project to the highest standards and to make sure it came in on budget. ISLINGTON On this project our client recently purchased the property and wanted a complete refurbishment. From floor to ceiling, everything was gutted and replaced with the highest quality materials and there was absolute attention to detail. We worked closely with the client and designers to create this unique living space. VICTORIA In this project, we had a two week deadline to work with. When we removed the floor, we found that the boards under the floor had to be repaired to keep the job under budget. We repaired the boards and replaced ones that were too damaged. We were careful not to damage the underfloor heating and to complete the job on time. The results speak for themselves. CITY OF LONDON If you’re looking for a contractor to manage a really complex job, consider this project a testament to our abilities to deliver quality results on time and within budget. We worked closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences, and the success of the outcome speaks for itself. STOKE NEWINGTON While working on this project, the clients were very specific on attention to detail. We worked tirelessly to make sure every aspect of the job was to the clients high standards. We worked closely with the clients designers to build from plan and problem solved where needed with this complex floating kitchen. OLD STREET For this particular project, we had to go through various designs as the clients were not happy with the current bathroom they had. It’s a great example of our dedication to deliver a quality project and see it through from start to finish despite complications in order to ensure full client satisfaction. KINGSTON ON THAMES This project was a “dry fit only” kitchen installation. The clients had their own contractors whom we worked closely with to make sure the installation ran smoothly and on time. The installation was a complete success and everything went to plan. KENSINGTON This was another dry fit kitchen in which we had to follow stringent plans supplied by the designers. The client was satisfied as were we with the end result. BELSIZE PARK This project was a complete kitchen refurbishment. We had to work within a budget and time frame, which proved to be challenging but achievable. The original kitchen was very outdated and all the electrics and plumbing needed an urgent upgrade. BAKER STREET Another high standard kitchen installation. Clients had a very strict plan and vision on what they wanted and there was no deveating from the clients plan. We were able to produce this amazing kitchen space to be used for years to come. CITY OF LONDON While working on this project, we had to adhere to strict building rules. We worked closely with the building management company and competed all relevant documents to make sure the work ran as smoothly as possible. This is a client who uses our services every year to paint their offices in the City of London. TOWER BRIDGE The client had tried a number of contractors with no luck, we were contacted and after a site visit conducted a works report. After listening to what the client needed and finding the most cost effective way of fixing the works but without compromising quality. In the end, the client was satisfied with the work and we were able to sign off the job others had started. HYDE PARK In this project, we had to adhere to strict building regulationsand work closely with the building surveyors and building managers. We had to supply certificates for all works carried out and project managed throughout the works. Every room was reworked and re designed to make use of all space and create a modern upmarket finish. CHELSEA We worked with the client here to find out what design and materials were right for them. After a number of meetings and site visits, we were able to make a plan and execute it with speed and precision.
