FINASTRA DEPOSIT PRO, DOCUSIGN AND TOPAZ SIGNATURE PAD
We are trying to implement the ability for customers to sign documents generated
in Finastra Deposit Pro using a Topaz signature pad. We have followed
instructions from Finastra, DocuSign and Topaz, however when generating the
documents in Deposit Pro and choosing to send esign export the documents are
being sent to the customer’s email and not the signature pad. Any help would be
appreciated.

Hello, is it possible that only some defined persons receive the completed
document but not every signer? In our use case every signer has to input his
birth date and the completed document should only be sent to one defined
receiver who can access the document.

NEEDS TO SIGN AND NEEDS TO VIEW OPTIONS?
Hi quick question… If Party A, the recipient of a Docusign envelope, needs to
sign Document A, but only needs to view Document B (and not to “approve” it -
just to view it) is it possible to have Document A and Document B in the same
envelope, or do they need to be in separate envelopes? Otherwise the only option
seems to have two separate entries for Party A in the routing order (depending
on whether they are signing or viewing a document) which is a bit clunky, but
seems to be the only option available... Many thanks in advance for your
thoughts!

FIRST RECIPIENT (RECEIVES A COPY) CAN'T SEE DETAILS.
I use DS for signing contracts for the sale of property. Often the purchaser of
a property will want their Solicitor to view the document before signing. If I
add the Solicitor first as “receives a copy” they can’t see the detail on the
second recipient (the purchaser). I ideally don’t want the Solicitor to have to
sign anything (as most won’t). Any suggestions of how to get around this issue.

doc which I want to open directly through DocuSign...sign it and share it
through WhatsApp...HAVE DONE THAT HUNDREDS of time literally.Only that last time

The word “docusign” is being inserted on the signature line when I try to sign.
My profile has my signature and intials but they are not being inserted into

This has happened 2 times in the last few weeks. So I will sign a document and
date it then hit Finish. After that Docusign would normally bring up next step
in a drop box to do multiple tasks ie print,delete and other things. Well again
this does not happen it flashes the option really quick then disappears. Below

CHANGING EMAILS FOR RECIPIENTS
Hello - I have a recipient who has changed his email. Every time I type his
name, the old one populates and the current/correct one (of which I have sent to
before) does not show up. How can I override an old email address for a
recipient? It’s so frustrating to have to go back to the email he informed me of
his new email address and manually type it in every type. TIA!
