We acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional custodians of the land on
which we gather and work; we pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and
emerging. We recognise the deep connection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait
Islander communities to the land and the significance of kinship and family to
their health and wellbeing. We are committed to working collaboratively to
improve health equity for Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander women,
children and families. Through this acknowledgment, we strive to foster a future
of inclusive and impactful health research that respects and honors the wisdom,
knowledge and experiences of Indigenous communities.
