0 Skip to Content Rachel Rosenbaum, AMFT Open Menu Close Menu Rachel Rosenbaum, AMFT Open Menu Close Menu PSYCHOTHERAPY INDIVIDUALS - COUPLES - GROUPS THE MOTHER WOUND WORKSHOP IN THIS 9 WEEK WORKSHOP WE WILL: * Meet your wounded inner child through IFS * Learn about the neurological and physiological impacts on the system with a mother wound * Discuss attachment styles, how they manifest presently, how it relates to your mother wound, and how to move towards earned secure attachment * Explore the inherent grief, rage, shame, & frustration that come with this wound * Get in touch with your inner divine mother PROGRAM DETAILS: * Start date is October 1st at 5:30pm * Group will meet every Tuesday at 5:30pm * Thanksgiving week will be skipped. We will resume the following week * Location - Los Feliz (address will be disclosed once enrolled) * Group work will include IFS practices, somatic work, psychoeducation, and breathwork * Price is $200 per session -or- * $1500 paid in full (a savings of $300) IS THIS WORKSHOP RIGHT FOR YOU? * Whether you have been working on your mother wound for years, or you are for the first time feeling ready, this group is for you * Terrified by the idea of a group setting? This group is definitely right for you. Being truly seen & held feels terrifying. Especially, if we never received that from our mothers. This will be a practice in receiving! SERVICES INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY $200 I work with my clients to rediscover their inherent abilities to feel joy, liberation, clarity, connectedness, and joy. Trauma disconnects us from these inherent qualities. I use a variety of modalities including IFS, somatic practices, mindfulness, relational work, and EMDR to assist my clients on their journey to reconnection with their truth. COUPLES PSYCHOTHERAPY $275 If only love were enough! I work with my couples to navigate communication hurdles. As the brilliant Esther Perel said, “underneath every complaint is an unmet need.” Together we will work to get in touch with those needs and with the help of IFS, non-violent communication practices, and mindfulness. GROUP/WORKSHOPS Please Inquire - Varies I offer groups throughout the year covering different topics. Information will be made available regarding upcoming groups. ABOUT In making the decision to venture inward, to uncover our deepest wounds, we require internal and external safety. As a trauma-informed therapist with personal experience in healing from the effects of relational wounds, narcissistic abuse, sexual & childhood trauma, I understand the need for warmth and safety on a deep level. My training in various trauma-informed modalities as well as my personal experience in healing from C-PTSD grant me the ability to hold your hand as we navigate your healing journey with a deep, understanding of the insidious effects of trauma. You already possess the innate ability to heal. We all do. Together we will rediscover the parts of you that are capable of profound love, joy & curiosity.
