Our project managers who collectively have decades of experience in the cannabis space also have backgrounds in traditional consumer packaged goods, marketing & purchasing. How soon can we get started? Being a modern company that works virtually we have a variety of tools that allow us to manage very large work loads & spin up teams quickly. More often than not we can start on your project within 24 hours. What's the process like? We start with an intro call to talk about your needs & budget. If we decide to move forward we create a dedicated discord channel where you will have access to us 24 hours a day. Every client is unique — If we've committed to ongoing monthly collaboration we'll be available in your channel to accept tasks & discuss progress daily 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. If we're working project by project we'll require a 50% deposit to get started. Once we've completed the assignment we'll require the remainder to be paid before the final assets are delivered. What kind of support can I expect? We assign all clients an account manager & create a dedicated discord channel where you have access to them 24 hours a day. Between normal working hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday we typically respond within 15 minutes. For emergencies you can count on us 24 hours a day 7 days a week. What if I'm unhappy with the results? We strive for 100% satisfisfaction when you choose to work with us. We appreciate your business & value your time. If you express any disatisfaction before the final assets are delivered we will refund half of your deposit.
