HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP DAY

I definitely slowed down during the mile on the trail and was very happy to
leave the railroad behind and return to paved roads just before the 2nd mile
marker.īack on the pavement I realized that I could see Matt a short distance
ahead of me. Parts of the trail were covered with a thick layer of fresh, damp
wood chips, which felt a bit like running in sand. If you love local history as
much as I do, you can read more about the Newtown Square Branch and see the
original, interactive version of the map above at .Īlthough I was excited about
the rail trail for historical reasons, it wasn’t exactly a fast running surface
for a race. The Newtown Square Branch was closed down in the 1960s, and by the
time I was born in the mid-eighties the tracks were gone and all that remained
of the line were some old trestles and the right-of-way that we ran on
yesterday. I also grew up in and still live in Newtown Square so this particular
rail line is especially interesting to me.

I love how railroads helped shape the development of communities and how their
right of ways still play a role in routing of roads and potential public-use
rail trails. This was no ordinary trail, though… it was the old right of way for
the Newtown Square Branch of the Pennsylvania Railroad! I’m a huge local history
buff and I’m not gonna lie… that mile of trail was the primary reason we ran
this race. The race began at Haverford Middle School and we wound around a few
neighborhoods before spending a mile or so on a long, straight trail. The 8:30am
race kicked off Haverford Township Day, a local festival with a parade, craft
vendors, a flea market and live music.

Yesterday morning Matt and I ran a mixed surface road/trail 5K in Havertown, PA.

When I first started playing Eternium, I had no idea what I was doing and spent
5 weeks wasting lots of time and money. Thanks for all the tips, both public and
private.

"Eternium for Dummies: A Beginner's Guide" I will be adding sections on both the
addition of the Arena and the upgraded Armory. Edit 4/11/21 - there have been
done significant changes to the game since this was written so I will be doing
some major editing to this guide in the next few days.

Edit 6/13/20 - Apparently some players are beginning to have issues accessing
this file so I have made a few small changes and replaced the link sharing.

REFORGING LEGENDARIES IN DIABLO 3

They’re also for non-Seasonal players who have great gear and spend most of
their time gaining Paragon Levels and upgrading Legendary Gems. Primal Ancients
are for players who have largely completed gearing for their build or finished
their Season Journey but want to continue playing. These items are much rarer
than Ancient items and have perfect Ancient-level stats on all affixes,
including the item’s Legendary Power.Drops from any source of Legendary item in
the game, including Horadric Caches, Kadala, and Kanai's Cube, but only after
having successfully completed at least a level 70 Greater Rift solo.When
dropped, Primal Ancient items have a red beam and glow.They drop from all
sources including monsters, chests, Kadala, Horadric Caches, Kanai's Cube, and
even crafting at the Blacksmith or Jeweler.Once identified, Ancient items have
an orange border (or green for Set items) around the item tooltip and say
"Ancient" in the item description.



 * You must identify the item to see if it’s an Ancient.
 * When dropped, Ancient items share the same orange glow as regular
   Legendaries.
 * Only drop for characters who have reached level 70, and only on Torment level
   difficulties.
 * Any percentage-based affix will not be boosted (such as Attack Speed, bonus %
   to skills or % Critical Hit Chance/Damage).
 * You can’t equip more than one item with the same name, even if one is Ancient
   and the other isn’t.
 * Set items are also able to roll as both Ancient and Primal Ancient.
 * The stats on these items will (generally) be tailored to the character class
   you are playing when the item drops.

 * They are identical to Legendary items except that their base attributes
   (damage or armor) and all non-percentile affixes roll higher values for both
   minimum and maximum possible rolls. In general, Ancient and Primal Ancient
   items are more powerful versions of Legendary items. For those of you who may
   have taken a break from gathering loot recently, we thought a quick refresher
   was in order to clear up any confusion about the differences between
   Legendary, Ancient, and Primal Ancient items. Ancient items truly shine in
   Season 17: so long as you have no Set bonuses equipped, each Ancient you
   equip will provide you with a massive 750% boost to damage dealt and 4%

Austin once also said "he had a storm," then he says it really was the cat. The
cat is a bit of a troublemaker, as he has been seen causing chaos-especially in
the new Mountain Estate, where he wobbled the cart, one of the cake's candles
fell, igniting the firecrackers below, and Uncle Mycroft had to rush the cart
out to preclude inevitable destruction. Unlike any other character in the game,
he can be named by the player. He is a plumpish, fluffy tomcat, mostly gray with
white markings. In addition to being a butler, he was also a former race car
champion and a skilled saxophone player.The Cat is a major character in
Homescapes and Austin's pet. However, he is quick to make friends with Tom upon
discovering their mutual passion for fishing. Another of William's
idiosyncrasies is that he tends to judge people prematurely, as is the case with
him and Tom, the local ranger at the Lake House.Though William loves Olivia very
much, he can be a bit jealous sometimes, especially with other male
characters.He is also very spry for his age, indicated by his tendency to
indicate happiness by jumping up and clicking his heels. William is revealed to
be a troublemaker when he breaks the floor in the living room.William owes a
complete Butler's Herald collection in his bookcase in the Hall.He tends to be a
little less optimistic than his wife or son.

He is a retired butler and is also a huge troublemaker in the game. He seems to
like joking and eating, and can be a bit stubborn.

He has achievements in golf and car racing. But he's definitely the star when it
comes to making coffee. Sometimes he will cook together with Olivia: he chops
veggies for her or make donuts.

He proposed to her in the hall of the house which he inherited from his
grandfather, Charles Barrow. William and Olivia were engaged in March 1975 and
officially got married soon after.
