     GREAT PLACE BUT A TAD SMALL
     
     As previously stated, the staff and services were top notch and I believe
     the reason for no fridge or microwave is due to the number of restaurants
     within the hotel collection. This is fine but you should have the option to
     keep something cool other than putting it into a cooler that you can buy.
     This was a nice touch also but maybe not for the reason I was there. The
     lack of drawers in the room we had was disappointing considering at a super
     8 I can have too much drawer space but with 2 beds a small clothes closet
     and 1 drawer for 2 people was a bit tough to swallow Overall it was an
     excellent experience and everyone was very accommodating and polite. Thank

     GOOD LOCATION, BUT OVERALL NOT WORTH THE MONEY
     
     The lounge on the 6th floor blasts music until 1am, so if you're anywhere
     close to there, be prepared to have a loud, late night. My particular room
     was pretty dusty as well, and the soaps/shampoo were all at about 1/3 usage
     or so.
     
     The food at the restaurants is great, but aside from that, there are few
     amenities at the Douglas. The gym is small and has very little equipment.
     The room I was in was also quite dusty.

     SERVICE NEEDS WORK IN THE RESORT
     
     Everything was good except the person checking us out at the end. Seemed
     uninterested in helping with ordering breakfast, more involved with looking
     at computer than helping 2 of us. We had the Luminous package and we were
     still charged for the included breakfast at the end.
