Red Square issue
Hey all, I’ve tried searching similar threads to find the issue and cannot seem
to find it. I sent a customer a docusign to fill out to start a service
requiring a signature, title, and date. There is a small red square that appears
that I did not add and will not check/fill no matter what my customer does. I
have also tried resending the document after recompleting the fields and ran
into the same issue. if someone has an answer to this problem it would be
greatly appreciated as my client cannot send the completed docusign with the
required fields I requested. The screenshot I am providing is from a mobile
phone but the issue persists even on a computer.

Multiple forms in one envelope - can't finish
Hi, I am trying to send multiple templates in one envelope and when it comes to
filling it in the finish button does not appear stating that there are fields
that need filling in - but they have all been filled in. For example the name
field - a text field - appears red even though it has data in. Please someone
help me I am loosing the will here! Thank you :)

Signing a document already signed with signer-held certificate
I have to sign with Docusign a document already signed by other parties with
their signer-held digital certificates. But when I do it, DocuSign certificate
is added and valid, but the other certificates are no longer valid. How can I
make these certificates remain valid when I sign ?

Fee Agreement date shown is before I received the doc for signing
I received an important document on the 24th February 2021 and eventually signed
it using docusign on 1st March 2021. I printed the signed doc but have misplaced
it so I asked the Finance company to send me a copy. I received a pdf file of
the doc but the Fee Agreement date shown is 11/02/2021 (11th February 2021). How
is this possible? All other aspects of the document are exactly what I remember
I signed on the 1st March 2021. I would appreciate your comments/ answers so
that I can go back to the Finance company with some confidence. Thank you.

Signer can't sign - used to have a Docusign License
I sent a document for signature to someone that used to have a paid Docusign
license account. When they try to sign, it tells them they no longer have access
to Docusign Prod. It seems like Docusign remembers they had a licensed account
before but it’s not active so it won’t let them sign. How do you fix this so
they can sign as if they didn’t have a Docusign account?

Options for two signatures, only one required.
hi, For a new form, I have two signatures required, but only one is needed, not
both. I first thought I could use a shared email account and each person would
be able to adopt a new signature before signing. The other option is to make the
signatures optional, bu I also thought I could possibly use a rule to figure out
if a user had signed or not. We don’t want to use the Signing Groups option
because we’re short on seats and we’d have to add more people to the group who
are not already users. What are the best other options? thanks

Can I see documents that have been sent to me for signature, that I have not
signed yet, in my DocuSign account?
I am trying to set my account up so that I can sign into my account and just see
all of the documents that have been sent to me from outside senders for
signature. The goal is to eliminate the need to go to each document directly
from the email notification that I have received a document for signature. Is
there a way to do this? Basically, I don’t want to receive emails from DocuSign,
I just want to log in and see everything I need to sign and sign them. Thanks!

Changing signature when person signs in three different capacities
Hello, I need to sign the same document in three different capacities, meaning
three different signatures for me including one under a power of attorney for a
relative. But when I click on and open the document, my Docusign signature
defaults to the one I use for myself and not the one I have adopted that
includes a POA designation typed after my name. I don’t get an option to select
which of my three signatures to use when I first open the doc. How can I toggle
between the three signatures, as appropriate? Thank you for helping!

How to access a document
I received an email that an author I know sent me a document to sign on
Docusign. So I created an account. But I still couldn’t find a way to access the
document. Today I can’t even log in using the account info I just created
yesterday. The site said they were sending me a verification via email. Never
received that. I asked to resend the code. Still not received. I hope this
document isn’t too important because it looks like I’m never going to see it.

The sender has double-checked with the correct email address, I have made sure
to check my junk/spam, there are no filters on my email, and no blocked senders.
I have received a different envelope to sign last week and it was fine. I have
logged into my account and it is not showing up there as well.

Docusign Signature Not Cursive, Defaulting to Standard Print
I use Docusign every 3-6 months for standard signatures requested on documents.
In the past, my signature used in Docusign is the script signature I have
selected. A new document sent to me, that has two signers (myself and another
individual), is not accepting my script signature and is defaulting to a
standard type. However, the other signer is able to use a script signature. I
have reset my script signature several times, however, the document always
defaults back to a typed signature. A normal type signature is not even an
option in my list of created signatures. Any suggestions? Is this a setting the
original sender of the document has unknowingly selected? TIA

Sign Now option not working
Hey, when I send an envelope and I need to also sign when I click sign now there
is not a signature line for me to sign. This means I have to wait for the email
from DocuSign and then click on the email link so I can sign my own document.
This is annoying to say the least. Any advice on how to get the sign now option
to work?

Recipient role for review only
Is it possible to add a recipient role just for review of documents (with no
need to sign) before a 2nd recipient who needs to sign? If the reviewer does not
agree with the document content he needs to be able to reject the envelope and
the 2nd signer should not get the envelope for signature in that case. I looked
at the Needs to view option but don’t see how you can reject if the reviewer
does not agree with the document content.

No option to download the completed document.
I receive an email from the creator of the document that it is complete. The
email has a link to “View Completed Document.” That’s great. I can view it.
However, there is no link, menu, drop down, option, anything to download
document.
