Terms:

 * 50% of the total booking expense is required to secure your booking. Detailed
   instructions in relation to this and the accepted methods of payment will be
   provided by the property management when you place your booking.
 * Payments: The total price of the reservation will be charged 60 days prior to
   arrival. If payment is secured via Credit Card details the client is to
   present the same Credit Card used to secure the payment on arrival in order
   to authorize full payment.
 * Minimum nights: 4
 * Cancellation policy: free cancellation when booking is cancelled 60 days
   prior to date of arrival and a full refund of the reservation deposit will be
   processed. Late cancellations or no shows will not qualify for a refund.
 * Security deposit: €300 to be paid on check-in.
 * For long term renting (minimum of 1 month) please get in touch.
 * Check-in time: 15:00 onwards
 * Checkout time: 10:00
