Want to win a trip to

Contest Rules

Giveaway: " Want to win a trip to Corona Island?" is promoted and distributed by
CC1 VI.
Duration: the draw begins on Monday, May 24, 2023 at 3:00 pm and ends on Friday,
May 26, 2023 at 3:00 pm (USVI time).
Eligibility: natural persons residing in USVI and over 18 years of age are
eligible to participate. Employees of CC1 VI will not be eligible as winners.
nor their relatives up to a fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of
affinity.
Participation Mechanics: To participate, people must buy one (1) Corona six-pack
or Corona Light six-pack (cans or bottle format), upload store receipt and enter
personal information in www.coronaislandvi.com. Only individual user entries are
allowed. Participation by groups, companies or agencies is not allowed. They can
participate as many times as they want buying Corona six-pack product.
Prizes: Two (2) prizes will be drawn with a companion. The Prize consists of a
trip to Corona Island in Colombia the first week of June. Flight tickets,
lodging, meals, and transportation expenses are included.
By participating, the selected winner accepts and grants CC1 VI and its
advertising and public relations agencies the right to publish and/or announce
their name, voice, and image in any advertising medium in the USVI without any
compensation.
The prize of this raffle may not be substituted in whole or in part by payment
or compensation of any kind. All obligations of the sponsors in relation to this
prize will cease with the delivery of the prize. The prize of this raffle is not
transferable.
CC1 VI is not responsible for any damage or loss (direct, indirect, or
consequential) caused to the winner, family member or any person or property due
to, or in relation to the acceptance, use and enjoyment of the prize. Nor will
they be responsible for any record that is incomplete or illegible. The
responsibility of CC1 VI is limited to delivering the prize. The participant
accepts that if for any reason the promotion is affected, whether due to a
technical failure, restrictions by the production of the event or any situation
that negatively impacts the Promotion and is beyond the control of the promoter;
the promoter (CC1 VI and affiliates) reserves the right to modify or cancel the
promotion.
By entering the contest, the participant agrees to relieve CC1 VI, its
affiliates, parents and all its employees, of any possible claim, present or
future, that may arise or that exists in relation to their participation or that
arises with the acceptance of prize or use of prize.
Receipt of prize will be subject to signature of a receipt and a release of
liability CC1 VI, and its subsidiaries will not be responsible for incomplete
data within the registration for this draw.
Any attempt to break any of the rules or to provide false information with the
intent to defraud will be prosecuted in accordance with current laws. The
participant agrees and accepts the strict application of these rules in all
terms.
