GENTLE PANTHER 2.0
《Gentle Panther》 is a NFT series adopting I-Ching concept “Wise men mend their
ways” via metamorphose of panther. The 《Gentle Panther》1.0 integrated the five
elements (metal, wood, water, fire and earth) was to celebrate the balance of
nature energy, as a reflection of humanistic essence. 《Gentle Panther 2.0》
followed the same philosophical path.
As the Yin and Yan, everything leads to another. And that is the harmony of
life.
Combining digital panther heads and physical paintings is the artist's statement
for bridging the physical boundaries and the meta verse possibilities.
《Gentle Panther 2.0》 is a collection of 600 unique Panther head NFTs.
This new collection will feature two categories. The first category, will be an
art collaboration between international recognized artist Soo Sunny Park and
Demos Chiang.
In this collection, the artists attempt to challenge the boundaries of digital
art through combining both installation and paintings that already exist in the
physical world.
The second category will be a collection of panther heads that uses painting
from Demos Chiang as the skins for the panthers.
Both attempts are aimed to deliver a new representation of the “transition”
between 2.0 and 3.0.
《Gentle Panther》 uses time as a trigger to unlock the private membership
attributes.
Once you hold on to the “selected” NFT for 66 days, one will be entitled to
redeem the benefits.
Which includes several physical artworks by Demos Chiang.
Setting time as a trigger is to reflect the fact that art works do need time to
create and increase in value.
And in line with this, each《Gentle Panther》NFT is created manually and not
through algorithm.

Q : What are the Legendary Edition and the Special Edition?
A : These two Editions will be chosen by Demos Chiang and announced after the
Official Launch.
Q : I am a Legendary Edition/Special Edition holder, who do I contact for
redemption? How does the redemption mechanism work?
A : A redemption button will be available for collectors on the 《Gentle Panther
2.0》official website. as studio will not contact any collectors. For more
information, please visit the official Discord and Instagram.
Q : Is there a redemption period?
A : The redemption period starts from the next day when the holder has held the
NFT for 66 consecutive days. The redemption period is valid for 1 year.
Q : I am the Legendary Edition holder who is eligible to receive up to 4
physical paintings by Demos Chiang. If I hold the Legendary Edition NFT for two
consecutive years, how do you count the days of holding?
A : The first painting will be sent to you when you prove you have held the
Legendary Edition NFT for 66 consecutive days, after that, the rest 3 paintings
will be sent to you when you prove you have held the Legendary Edition NFT every
6 consecutive months. If the holder resells NFT to a third party in the middle
of the process, will be disqualified for redemption. Please contact the team via
official Discord or Instagram for more details.
Q : How do you count the days of holding for Legendary/Special Edition holders
if transferred the NFTs to different wallets?
A : The holding days will be reset if transferred.

A : No. You can see all 600《Gentle Panther 2.0》NFTs on the 23rd May via

Q : Can the《Gentle Panther 2.0》NFTs holders use the NFTs for commercial use or
create the derivative works?
A : The “Beauty & the Beast” Edition (#1~#100) holders can't do both, but the
“Beast” Edition (#101~#600) holders can if authorized by as studio.

NFT Purchase Risk Disclaimer
MED Inc. (the “Company”) offers the NFT (“NFT” is non-fungible token, digital
asset of which are registered on the blockchain) for sale. The Purchaser must
attain its majority in its jurisdiction of nationality or residence, or must be
a minor with permission from its parent or legal guardian. The Purchaser must
read the following terms and conditions before purchasing; by purchasing the
NFT, the Purchaser understands and agrees the following terms and conditions:
1. The NFT is not a financial commodity and is a digital asset that does not
possess characteristics of profit sharing, investment in specific
businesses or any other characteristics of securities.
2. The market price of the NFT may fluctuate greatly. The Company cannot
foresee nor control such price variation in the future; therefore, the risk
of holding the NFT may be higher than the risk of holding other assets or
fiat currencies, and the purchaser must personally bear the risks of such
price variation. This risk disclaimer is meant to be illustrative and not
exhaustive, and therefore does not fully enumerate all the risks involved
in holding or trading NFTs. Purchasers must pay full attention to other
potential risks involved. The Company is therefore immune from any legal or
financial responsibilities for any loss or gain due to the purchase or
transaction.
3. Due to the nature of the NFT, the transaction cannot be revoked, cancelled
or terminated after the purchase, and the payment and the NFT cannot be
refunded and returned. Therefore, the Purchaser must consider all terms and
conditions of the NFT Purchase (including but not limited to the aforesaid
terms). The Purchaser should bear all legal responsibilities and market
risks of purchasing and selling the NFT.
4. The copyright, ownership, portrait rights and any other rights of the
artwork, object or figure which is associated with the NFT are owned by the
Company or its licensor, and the purchase of the NFT does not grant
purchaser the aforesaid rights nor the trademarks of the Company. The
Purchasers must abide by all laws and regulations of copyright, trademark
and other intellectual property, and may not directly or indirectly use the
NFT for commercial use without the Company's or licensor's authorization
for avoidance of infringing rights of the Company or licensor.
5. The Purchaser must assure itself whether or not the NFT with its
association of artworks, objects or figures is against laws, public policy
or morals in its jurisdictions, and should bear all risks and duties of
purchase, transaction and utilization itself.
6. The Company does not warrant the risks and uncertainties of blockchain
technology which is associated with the NFT, nor have any duties and
responsibilities on such risks and uncertainties.
7. The Company does not guarantee that the websites or service systems selling
the NFT will perform without error, not be hacked by virus or hackers, or
not affected by disinformation or slanders, and unless the Company is at
fault, the Company will have no responsibilities for such incidents or
events.
8. The Company's cumulative liability, if any, for all claims arising out of
or related to the NFT Purchase will not exceed the amount the Purchaser
paid to the Company for the NFT. In no event will the Company be liable for
lost profits or loss of business or for any consequential, indirect,
special, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or related to the
NFT Purchase.
9. The Purchaser understands that the Company, Qubic and its service provider
do not participate in nor provide any fiat currency and virtual currency
exchange services. When the Purchaser uses fiat currency via Qubic wallet
to purchase the NFTs, the purchaser pays fiat currency to an authorized
sales agent, AMIS Technologies Co. Ltd. (the “Sales Agent”), and the Sales
Agent settles in such fiat currency with the Company afterwards.
10. The Company is not responsible for any disputes raising from and by third
parties (including dispute between Purchasers), and Purchasers should
resolve disputes with third parties by themselves. The Purchaser agrees to
indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Company from and against all
claims and suits by third parties (as a result of the Purchaser's
wrongdoing) for damages, property damages, losses, and expenses including
court costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
11. The Purchaser represents and warrants that the NFT will not be used for
illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, improper pyramid
schemes, trafficking of illegal items, money laundering, terrorist
financing, transfer of criminal proceeds and etc. In case of any illegal
acts, the Purchaser shall be responsible for all relevant criminal and
civil legal responsibilities.
In order to comply with the laws and regulations of relevant countries/regions
and the Company's policies,the Company reserves the right to amend and adjust
the terms of this disclaimer from time to time.
