SALESFORCE EMAIL ABUSE POLICY

With Salesforce, organizations can communicate quickly and effectively via email
with their customers and leads. This feature is intended to facilitate an
organization's business processes and should be used responsibly in accordance
with Salesforce's Main Services Agreement.

Salesforce's Main Services Agreement prohibits users from sending unsolicited
commercial email, or "spam," in violation of applicable law. Users also are
prohibited from using the service to send or store infringing, obscene,
threatening, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortuous material, including
material harmful to children or in violation of third-party privacy rights.

In the event that an individual or organization fails to comply with
Salesforce's policies, we reserve the right to terminate that organization's
email privileges. At Salesforce, we take email abuse seriously and are committed
to resolving any suspected incidents of email abuse.

INCIDENTS OF EMAIL ABUSE

If you have received unsolicited email from a Salesforce user, replying to that
user to let them know that you would like to opt out of future emailings should
resolve the problem.

If you have continuing difficulties with a Salesforce user, we can help you
resolve the issue and trace the originator of the email. Please send an email to
abuse@salesforce.com and include the complete email headers from the unsolicited
email you received. See the instructions below to obtain the complete headers
from Outlook or Outlook Express.
