 * SCHEDULE YOUR DISCOVERY CALL
   
   Similar to a 1-1 coaching program, we would never expect you to sign up for
   our 5-day retreat without speaking to us first. You can ask us any questions,
   understand more about coaching, share any concerns (we’ve got your back!),
   get to know us and put your mind at ease that this is the right program for
   YOU!

 * REGISTER FOR YOUR RETREAT!
   
   We keep our retreats small to cultivate trust and connection. We wouldn’t
   want it any other way, but that means retreats fill up quickly. To secure
   your place, schedule a call to get to know us, make your decision and then
   complete the online registration.

 * JOIN THE GROUP WELCOME & 1-1 COACHING CALL
   
   You will meet the other participants and start to connect over a group video
   call. We discuss logistics, gear, packing tips and address open questions or
   concerns. After this, we leave our screens behind (finally!) and the next
   time we meet will be outside!

 * YAY! GO ON YOUR RETREAT
   
   The day is finally here! Meet at the trailhead in Falferalp on Wednesday at
   lunch time. After a kick off briefing and some fun, we start our hike to the
   hut (and not too fast…we’re here to enjoy ourselves). The meeting point is
   accessible by Swiss public transit or car. We make it as easy as possible for
   you.

 * POST RETREAT COACHING (TO KEEP YOU MOVING AND INSPIRED!)
   
   You didn’t think that was all, did you? We have a follow up coaching call
   after the retreat. Why do we do this? Because no personal growth journey is
   done in just 5 days. Experience tells us that ongoing support continues the
   positive momentum when you return to your busy life.
