It was established by the legislature as a nonprofit public corporation. For more than four decades, we have met the needs of our regional membership across the Arrowhead Region. NESC provides an array of niche services ranging from group health insurance to academic programs. As our members grow, we collaborate to meet their changing needs. CHECK US OUT! NESC has been developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining rural regional public broadband infrastructure since 2000. In 2010, NESC built a middle mile optical fiber network. NESC’s latest project, federally funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration, in partnership with NESC, will expand the existing network by 11% and will provide access to… More Info It’s Finally Happening!
