THE WORST MARRIOTT STAY
I usually don’t review any Mariott properties since they’re delightful and
always provide an amazing experience however I am personally going ahead to
review this specific property as it had been one of my worst stays ever.
The way a gold elite member was treated from the check in to the entire
stay was highly disastrous.
The arrogant staff at the reception and especially the highly arrogant
manager of Wagah border are just a few of the highlights of such a pathetic
stay.
The AC’s are so useless that why are they even put when the temperature
always remains at 20.5 degrees, even after multiple reminders to the
maintenance, I received a shocking reply “ You can switch off the ac”, it’s
going to stay like that.
These are just few of the examples of the disasters which happened with me
at the Hotel.
If I had to sum it up in a few words, the hotel doesn’t deserve to be a
Mariott.

sizes at 35 sqm are larger than the local requirements and has been

POOR DRAINAGE
The hotel itself is nice but the fact the shower did not drain well was a
huge disappointment and still no follow up from the manager as was told I
would get a follow up. The hotel is not near anything.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY
Overall, hotel is average but you get what you pay for. Hotel is pretty
recent, rooms are well furnished and it’s clean, that’s definitely
highlights to mention given the price range of this property being pretty
low. Reception staff is very kind, breakfast could be improve with weak
selection for continental breakfast, available is mainly Indian and Arabic.

BASIC NO FRILLS
Excellent staff. Good hotel location if you have a car. Somewhat isolated.
Prices should be revised when compared to competitors. Rooms service food
is overpriced when compared to quantity or quality.
