Do you like to clean BRAND NEW PROPERTIES and have an eye for detail? We have the job for you!!! We clean only new construction properties before the owner moves in. This mean you are NOT cleaning someone’s dirty toilet or messy kitchen, instead you are washing new floors, wiping out custom cabinets and polishing quartz countertops. This is a Full Time Role Start Date: Immediate, fully paid 2-3 weeks of training Compensation & Benefits: * Hourly compensation based upon experience * Paid every 2 weeks * Monthly Bonuses based upon performance * Vacation Time up to 3 weeks * Sick Time of 1 week * 401k Match of 4% * Annual Profit Sharing (based upon company performance) * Birthday Bonuses * Seasonal Company Parties with Cash Prizes So come join our team, explore great real estate and contribute to building our communities!! Must have: * Reliable transportation * Driver’s license * Car insurance (You will be driving to a different job site every day, but we pay drive time in between jobs) * Must be authorized to work in the United States × WINDOW WASHER Are you a roofer, painter, siding or gutter installer that is tired of not working because of the weather, then we have the job for you!!! We are window washers of new properties (we are NEVER over 30 feet high) working in both the interior and exterior of properties. This means we can work every day and all year round! Job duties include: scraping and washing windows, washing out window jams, installing window screens, sweeping and vacuuming floors.
