A high-performance organization needs leaders/managers/supervisors to be
competence in three key people skills : Coaching, Mentoring and Counseling. With
these abilities, leaders/managers/supervisors are able to recruit capable
employees ; develop skills for them to do today's jobs, and prepare them to
handle tomorrow's jobs ; sharing their knowledge/wisdom with talented workers;
help more experienced employee to update their skills and adapt to changes ;
recognize their obligation to confront/support poor performers; and inspire
their superstars to shine further.

This 2-day workshop upgrades these 3 key people management skill - referred to
as 'managerial responsibilities' in coaching, mentoring and counseling their
team members to achieve peak performance through our Learning, Practicing and
Group Coaching. Managers are guided on how to plan and implement a Coaching,
Mentoring and Counseling practices in their organization using framework
illustrated below :

If face-to-face training is non-permitting due to MCO compliance, INSTEAD, we
will conduct on-line interactive
two day expriential learning [ at a reduced fee ( 30% less ) ].

This workshop transforms participants through experiential 'LEARNING ( 25% of
the training duration )
-> PRACTICES WITH ROLE-PLAYS ( 45% of the training duration ) -> COACHED' by our
facilitator/
trainer ( 30% of training duration ).

CS Tan received his B Sc. Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Leeds
Metropolitan University
and Master in Business Administration ( MBA ) from Warwick University




He has more than 30 year's experiences in various technology-based industries,
