 * Do you need to timely file a proof of claim in a bankruptcy case, for a debt
   the bankruptcy debtor owes you?
 * Do you need to seek relief from the bankruptcy automatic stay so you can
   foreclose, repossess, or continue to litigate a lawsuit suing the debtor in
   state court or federal court?
 * Do you need to timely file and litigate an adversary proceeding (lawsuit
   filed in a bankruptcy case) to seek a judgment from the Bankruptcy Judge,
   holding a debt that a bankruptcy debtor owes you, for fraud, breach of
   fiduciary duty, etc. to be non-dischargeable (i.e., not discharged) even if
