Why is the app completely "frozen" since today (May 10)? No reaction at all
after opening it up, no synching, nothing. It was working until earlier today.
Deleting + reinstalling didn't help, now I can't even log on, as that entry page
is already frozen. And all of this when our company challenge has just started.
Installing the app on my other phone shows the same problem. What is going on
and when will this be fixed? Why does your support don't know about this issue?

Update: the specific issue is resolved but I still don't love the app. The app
has always been a little unintuitive and freakishly slow, but lately my phone
keeps saying that the app isn't responding like every 3 seconds. I can tap
"wait" and everything is fine and I can go about my business for another 3
seconds. I've tried reinstalling the app but same issue. Absolutely dreadful
experience. If my work wasn't literally paying me to use this app I would not
keep it on my phone.

Works ok when it works. My issue: It stopped syncing with Samsung health two
days ago. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the apps, uninstalling and
reinstalling, checked permissions, and contacted their support. Their support
chat wasn't helpful, couldn't connect me to a live agent, and couldn't submit a
support ticket. Use this for my work health program, and this actually affects
my benefits. I use a Samsung s22 ultra with a Galaxy 6 watch.
