CAN I REALLY BUY A BOILER ONLINE?

Great company, very efficient and very quick to install my new boiler only put
the order in on the Saturday evening and was installed and working perfect the
following Monday. The price was great too and also had the option to buy now pay

We install on Saturdays, but slots book up fast. We recommend booking early to
secure a Saturday installation

WILL MY ENGINEER BE GAS SAFE REGISTERED?

All our engineers are Gas Safe registered and are accredited in the boiler brand
they are installing. Every engineer goes through a strict vetting process before
being given work, to ensure our standards are maintained.

Boiler Central are definitely the people to call. We had a very knowledgeable
gas engineer arrive at our house two days after contacting this company. He
removed our old broken boiler and fitted a new one. On top of all this he was
very polite and tidy, removing all the packaging, old boiler and all the pipe
work that was modified. In our personal opinion Boiler Central is definitely the
place to go wherever you live on the UK.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON THE DAY?

Your engineer will aim to arrive between 8am and 10am. Installation times vary,
but typically it takes 4–6 hours to swap a combi boiler for another combi
boiler, while other installation can take up to 2 days. 2 days is also normal
for a back boiler to combi boiler conversion.

Engineer turned up early, very helpful and willing to answer questions we had.
Very quick fitting from when we ordered the boiler — it was 2 days space between
the order and fitting.

WILL MY OLD BOILER AND/OR TANKS BE REMOVED FROM MY PROPERTY?

Yes absolutely. We always take away the old boiler and any tanks, hot water
cylinders and also cold water tanks where possible. You can also opt to keep any
of your existing boiler or tanks if you wish.

A complete change from a standard system to a combi system, including the
removal of the header tank, hot water cylinder — plus all of the necessary gas,
water pipes and wiring mods. The new boiler arrived first thing on the day, the
plumber arriving shortly after. The plumber was knowledgeable, quick, clean and
tidy. Everything was completed on that day including a demo of how to use the
new system. Couldn't fault them on anything including price — cheapest quote I'd
received. I even get a 12 year guarantee. Brilliant.

HOW DO WARRANTIES WORK?

All of our boilers come with a parts and labour warranty up to 14 years long.
We'll register your warranty on your behalf so you don't have to do anything. We
don't charge call-out fees for warranty claims, so if you need to make a claim
it won't cost you a penny.

All round excellent experience with a custom quote and next day installation
once the order was placed. The gas engineer completed installation in that same
day. The boiler itself was a very good deal for a top-of-the-range Viessmann
with 12 year warranty and all the latest features. Very quiet running. Very
happy customer.
