CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST


DANA LABAT

Dr. Dana Labat is a clinical psychologist licensed in both Louisiana and Texas.
Dr. Labat earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas
Southwestern (UTSW) and runs her own private practice in Louisiana. Dr. Labat
utilizes her extensive experience to teach Wondr participants the relationship
between mind and body by sharing the science of how to eat the foods you love so
you can lose weight, feel better, and live stronger. Dr. Labat knows that mental
wellbeing is equally important as physical health, and focuses many of her
teachings on the power of mindfulness in living a healthy life. She also has
experience treating clinically-diagnosed eating disorders.

CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER


TIM CHURCH

Dr. Church is one of the country’s leading clinical thought leaders in exercise
and obesity research. As author of more than 300 published clinical articles,
Dr. Church has received numerous awards for his research in preventive health.
He helps lead the development of the Wondr Health curriculum, which is inspired
by his medical expertise. Specializing in business-to-business strategies, Dr.
Church is an advocate for the employer and has a proven track record of
empowering organizations through disease prevention to decrease healthcare costs
and inspire employees to be their best selves.

CELEBRITY CHEF


TRE WILCOX

Twice nominated for the James Beard Foundation’s Rising Star Chef of the Year
Award (in 2005 and 2006, when he was Chef de Cuisine at Abacus), Chef Tre was
also named one of the Best in DFW Chefs in 2010 by The Dallas Morning News.
Kitchen success led to TV stardom, as Chef Tre thrilled viewers on Bravo
Television’s “Top Chef” season three and “Top Chef All-Stars”. In 2014, Chef Tre
founded Tre Wilcox Cooking Concepts, a culinary space hosting cooking classes,
events and team-building experiences. More recently, he launched Tre Fit Foods—a
meal preparation service featuring delicious, health-forward, and balanced
meals. Chef Tre knows you don’t have to give up eating well to live well. He
teaches Wondr Health participants how to maximize flavors in cooking while also
supporting healthy lifestyles.

REGISTERED DIETITIAN NUTRITIONIST


MERIDAN ZERNER

Meridan Zerner is a national award-winning registered dietitian nutritionist
with 30 years of experience in the field of health and wellness. She’s spent the
last 20 years at Cooper Clinic, where she works with patients and shares her
passion for nutrition through media segments and lectures across the country. An
advocate for preventive and cardiovascular health and nutrition, she uses a
practical approach and understands overall health means so much more than weight
loss. She leverages her Wellness Coach certification to champion behavioral
change skills that support sustainable lifestyle changes.


RENEE ROGERS

Renee Rogers is a researcher and practitioner known for developing innovative
interventions that engage people in healthy lifestyle behaviors. She is an
expert on integration of exercise, technology, and weight loss, and loves
working with media and technology to bring weight loss programs to the palm of
your hand. Her expertise comes from a solid academic foundation in exercise
physiology, behavior change, and weight management, plus years of experience
performing professionally in theatre, dance, and working in production design
and media. She’s known for her creative approaches for getting people to move
more and sit less. Combined with her unique experience teaching many movement
disciplines for the last 25 years, she gives Wondr Health a competitive edge
with her experience in designing engaging wellness programming. Dr. Rogers has
been published in a variety of outlets, including the American College of Sports
Medicine and The Conversation US.


KEVIN GILLILAND

Kevin Gilliland is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of healthcare
experience including business, treatment, and research. He’s the author of
Struggle Well, Live Well and Progress, not Perfection. He has presented to a
diverse group of corporations—multiple Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, Google,
AT&T, United Airlines, as well as a diverse group of professionals—physician
groups, school superintendents, and keynote presentations for annual
conferences. Kevin has a unique ability to break down complex research topics in
a way that resonates with the broader public, and he does just that as part of
the People magazine Health Squad, Men’s Health Advisory Group, and frequent
guest on local and national television, radio, and in-print publications. After
working more than two decades in healthcare, Gilliland started an outpatient
healthcare treatment company, Innovation 360, that specializes in mood
disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, and addiction.

Todd Whitthorne is a nationally recognized health and wellness speaker and the
author of Fit Happens! Simple Steps for a Healthier, More Productive Life!
Whitthorne is an Emmy award-winning broadcaster who has spent the last 20 years

organizations develop strategies to improve health and productivity in their

WHAT IS THE WONDR PROGRAM?

Wondr is a skills-based digital weight loss program that helps participants feel
better and live stronger. A master class of sorts, our renowned doctors and
scientists teach practical, science-based skills that can improve long-term
health. Through our app, online community, certified coaches, and weekly video
series, participants get a fresh and fun perspective on better health, like the
science of eating a juicy burger, how to catch better ZZZs, and the science of
preventive care–so they can take simple steps toward better health for their
true selves.


WHAT MAKES WONDR DIFFERENT FROM OTHER WEIGHT-LOSS PROGRAMS?

Wondr flips diet culture on its head by teaching the science behind eating the
foods you love so you can lose weight (for good), feel better, have more energy,
gain confidence, sleep sounder, prevent chronic disease, and improve your
overall physical and mental wellbeing. We teach simple skills that reveal the
revolutionary science behind how and when you eat, so you don’t give up what you
love to eat. No points, no calorie-counting, no expensive equipment, no
gimmicks, no catch. We’re clinically-proven, data-backed, time-tested,
pandemic-proof, and passionate about doing the most good for the most people.


WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE WONDR PROGRAM?

Each week, you will get access to a new series of videos that teach simple Wondr
skills and principles that meet you where you are and fold right into your
lifestyle. These principles are the keys that will help you learn when and how
to eat so that you can eat all the foods you love and lose weight at the same
time. In addition to the videos, the mobile app and online dashboard include
tools to track your weight loss progress, monitor your activity, and find
inspiration. You will get access to WondrLinkTM, the online community where
participants and health coaches connect to share ideas, successes,
encouragement, and challenges.

Bottom line: You can expect to lose weight (and keep it off), stress less, sleep
better, gain confidence, and feel better.


DO I NEED TO FOLLOW A STRICT MEAL PLAN?

No—there’s no calorie counting, points, or restrictions. Wondr is very different
from other programs in that you don’t have to cut out food groups, eat from
specific meal plans, or purchase diet foods. Instead, we'll teach you the skills
and techniques to help you eat the food you love and still lose weight.


IS THERE A COST FOR THIS PROGRAM?

The Wondr program is covered 100% by your employer, so there is no out-of-pocket
cost for you. Restrictions and eligibility info can be found on your employer’s
application page.


HOW DO I JOIN THE PROGRAM?

If your employer offers Wondr Health as a wellness benefit, click the “Sign Up”
button and complete your online application. Your application is considered
complete once you hit ‘Submit’ and see a confirmation message that your
application was successfully submitted.

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, check your spam filter for the
message there. You can also add the following emails to your your Contact list
or SafeSender list to ensure you receive all future emails from Wondr.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I’M ACCEPTED?

We will notify you via email of your acceptance into the program.


WHO IS ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM?

Participants can be accepted based on pre-determined criteria. Restrictions and
eligibility info can be found on your employer’s application page.


WHEN I VISIT THE WEBSITE TO APPLY, IT ASKS FOR MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. AM I
IN THE RIGHT SPOT?

If you are prompted to enter your credit card information, you’re at the Wondr
retail site, and not your company’s designated application site.

 1. Be sure you enter in your company’s specific application link in your
    browser.
 2. If you are redirected to the Wondr retail site after entering in the correct
    address link, this is most likely due to the history and cookies setting on
    your browser.
     * Clear your cookies under the internet tools option of your browser OR
       simply use a different browser than you are currently using.
     * After the cookies and history settings have been cleared, or you select a
       different browser, enter in your company’s Wondr application address into
       your address bar.
     * Click “Apply Now” and complete your application.


CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM AT HOME?

Yes. The program is completely online through our app or desktop, so you can
access the program wherever you have internet connectivity.


I AM TRYING TO LOG INTO WONDR BUT I FORGOT MY USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD.

 1. To obtain your username and/or password, visit www.wondrhealth.com and click
    “Log In”.
 2. On the next page, click “Forgot your Username?” or “Forgot your Password?”
 3. From there, you will be prompted to enter in the username or email address
    associated with your account. Click “Submit”.
 4. An email will be sent to your email address with instructions on how to
    reset your password or retrieve your username.
 5. If you can’t remember the email address associated with your account,
    visit support.wondrhealth.com.


I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY WONDR KIT. WHERE IS IT?

Wondr welcome kits are shipped via one of two options: DHL or FedEx, depending
on your location. You can check your email inbox and/or spam/junk folder for an
email from wondr@elitefulfillment.com for tracking information. If you have
additional questions, please visit support.wondrhealth.com.


I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY EMAILS FROM WONDR. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We recommend adding the following emails to your contact list or SafeSender list
to ensure you receive all communications from Wondr:

WHAT DO I DO IF I MISS A LESSON?

No worries. We know life happens. If you miss a lesson, you can jump back in and
watch that lesson whenever you have time. Since each week builds on skills
learned in previous lessons, avoid skipping lessons whenever possible. 


DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAM ON A DESKTOP COMPUTER? CAN I USE MY SMARTPHONE
OR TABLET?

You can access the Wondr program anytime, anywhere, using any electronic device
with Internet connectivity (desktop, laptop, smartphone, tablet, etc.). There’s
also an iPhone and Android app which you can use to watch your lessons and
includes extra tools to help you apply the skills to your daily life.


WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO COACHES/COUNSELORS IN THE PROGRAM?

Yes. You get access to a team of health coaches who are ready to assist you at
any time. Additionally, there is an entire online community, WondrLinkTM, that
includes counselors, past participants, and current participants, who are
available to share tips, encouragement, or answer questions whenever you need
it.


HOW DO I WITHDRAW FROM THE PROGRAM?

If you need to withdraw from the program for any reason, please
visit support.wondrhealth.com for more information.


I’VE APPLIED FOR THE NATURALLY SLIM OR WONDR PROGRAM BEFORE, AND I’D LIKE TO
APPLY USING MY PREVIOUS EMAIL ADDRESS AND/OR USERNAME. HOW CAN I DO THIS?

 1. Log completely out of your previous Wondr account.
 2. Visit your company's Wondr application page and click "Apply Now".
 3. Enter in the email address associated with your existing account.
 4. If your email address is recognized you will log in with your existing
    username and password and complete your application.


MY SPOUSE AND I ARE BOTH APPLYING TO THE PROGRAM. DO WE HAVE TO USE DIFFERENT
EMAIL ADDRESSES?

Yes. Each user needs his or her own log-in, using a unique email account.


CAN MY SPOUSE, FRIEND, OR COLLEAGUE USE MY LOG-IN AND ACCOUNT TO GO THROUGH THE
PROGRAM?

Since our program is designed to be a personalized experience celebrating
individual progress and success, we don’t recommend or permit having multiple
people use a single account. Plus, if your employer awards incentives or
penalties for participation, we will need to be able to track the individual
participation for both the employee and spouse/dependent.


I AM PARTICIPATING IN WONDR AGAIN, BUT WHEN I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT, I ONLY SEE MY
OLD CLASS(ES). HOW CAN I ACCESS MY NEW CLASS?

In order to begin a new class, be sure you’ve followed the application process.
First visit your company’s application page and click the "Enroll Now" button.
From there, you can log in using your account information to access your new
class. 


WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYBODY?

The information you provide to Wondr Health is confidential. Your company will
receive participation reports for administration of payroll and billing
processes. Wondr Health cannot sell or otherwise divulge any participant
information to any unauthorized party.
