I accept Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare and Optum insurance.

What are your rates?


Initial Individual Assessment 60 minutes $150
Initial Couples Assessment 60 minutes $180
Individual sessions 45-50 minutes $125
Couples Session 90 minutes $250
Sliding scale is available for a limited number of slots ($70+)
All credit cards, PayPal, Zelle and Apple Pay are accepted

Do you take insurance?


Currently, I do not take insurance for Texas based clients. However, I can
provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

For Florida and Idaho based clients, I accept Aetna, Cigna and Optum insurance.
