Screen reader is reading Just data field text and tool tips. Template contents
is not readable.
Hello, I have used MS world template to create Power Form. Added some data
fields on it. Screen Reader NVDA is reading text from data fields but not the
template contents. is it some limitations with DocuSign or is there any work out

I recently had envelopes transferred to my account, but I am unable to download

Access to Security and Trust Assurance page
I’m working with a very small new company that needs to see ISO 27001 and SOC 2
reports for the context of using the Part 11 option. Our MSP (managed IT service
provider) has attempted to contact DocuSign support to get access to the STAP
package, and has not been successful. We attempted to register on
https://www.docusign.com/trust/stap but that just collects info for marketing
purposes, it appears. The Trust Portal access
https://www.docusign.com/trust/trust-portal does not seem to be available
either.I even looked at the old (now expired ISO27001 certificate from a
previous company I worked with and attempted to lookup DocuSign on
https://www.schellman.com/certificate-directory - but apparently DocuSign no
longer uses Schellman as their certifier(?) They do not show up in a search.This
has been going on for weeks - what can we do to get a copy?

How do I disable auto complete? I have a field for “Player Name” and I have a
field for “Parent Name”. When someone enters the Player name in the Player name
field, it auto populates in the Parent Name field also. How do I avoid it from
auto populating?

Power form order of review after an edit is made by signer
I have a Power Form with 4 signers. The signing order is 1 > 2 > 3 then 4 I have
set up the Power Form such that any signer can make edits to to original content
supplied. Once any signer makes an edit, what is the order of review - does it
go back to the first signer and then continue forward? Examples signer 3 makes
an edit - does it go back to signer 1, then proceed to 2, then 3 again, then 4?
or… signer 3 makes an edit, it continues to signer 4, then comes back around to
1 and then 2 ? Just want to know what is the expected behavior and if possible
can it be altered? Please advise Thanks ----Barry

Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure appears continuously for one user
We have approximately 350 users in our corporate account that utilizes the Part
11 module. Out of those, I have one single user for whom the Electronic Record
and Signature Disclosure appears in the Certificate of Completion. The user
himself does not see anything when he signs an envelope, but when completed,
this is always included in the summary. Does anyone know why this is happening,
and if so, what needs to be done by myself as the admin, or by the user himself
to remedy?

Adding email hyperlink to documents
Hi, I am trying to add an email address in my document and would like it to act
as a hyperlink to email, is this function available? I know how to add a
hyperlink to a site in the document, and added an email address the same way
using #HREF, but this does not work for email. Should I be using something
different to indicate email? Thank you

Signing Order
Hello, I’m new to DocuSign. I cannot seem to locate an answer to my question. I
have several assignments that I will be sending to an investor. Example of the
signature page attached. It will need to be first signed by the assignor using
DocuSign envelope. The assignee will sign next and they said they can just sign
manually in their office. My company will be the GP and we will need to
countersign and we can also do this manually. Is it an acceptable process to
send the envelope to the assignor and include a cc for assignee. Will the
assignee be able to print the completed document and sign and then email back to
me so we can also print and countersign as GP? I wasn’t sure if it’s acceptable
to ask someone to print and sign a DocuSigned envelope. Thanks!

I am trying to add my team photo to Docusign profile picture and no matter how I
size it, it is too zoomed and can’t seem to get whole team in. Only 4 people,
but help, why is this so hard??? Can manipulated in photoshop as needed, but no
matter what I have done it seems to have a mind of it’s own as to how to crop
everything out that I want?

Hello, I sent an envelope with a contract to 3 different people. I only was
required to get it signed by 1 of the 3 individuals. The 1st person signed it.
However, since the other 2 went without signing it the document is now showing
as expired and void. Is there a way to retain the document with the 1 persons
signature without it showing as void?

seals, how can we contact an administrator to activate it? we have a pro
business account. We have access to support center but we don’t know if we need

The date stamp for signer is incorrect
When my clients sign documents I’ve sent them, Docusign sometimes indicates
they’ve signed at a different time or even on the following day, when they have
not. For example, I received a completed document this evening at 9:42pm PST
today (Oct 14, 2024) and it was date stamped tomorrow for the second signer!
I’ve checked my settings, and the time zone I indicated is correct. This can
cause critical issues if not remedied. How do I get this addressed?

One of our customers is a Dept. Admin sends a document for many staff members to
sign and wants all of them to reattach the document to return to Dept. Admin.
She states her account won’t allow her to allow them to re-attached sign
