SET A TARGET

Knowing where you're going is the first step to success. It helps you keep track
of your progress and gives people something to strive for.

Some examples of how why our customers have set targets for their performance:

 * Target as a part of a service level agreement: In facility management,
catering, or similar outsourced services a mutually agreed performance target
helps to maintain the desired level of service.
 * Target as a part of employee KPIs: Using service performance as one element
that affects employee bonuses reminds the staff to keep customer satisfaction
   as a priority.

Once you've decided on a target for your performance, you can set it in
HappyOrNot Analytics, and see how you're doing with a glance in the Summary
widget in Quick View.
