No words can describe my stay at the Acqualina Sunny Isles hotel.
Amazing, wonderful, easy, comfortable, especially the pool and beach staff were
very friendly and on hand for anything. The Sunday brunch is the highlight.

The Acqualina is the best hotel in all of Florida. Stayed there recently for an
anniversary trip and it was the best experience ever. We were greeted by
friendly faces at the valet and concierge desk and our room was ready
immediately. When we arrived to the room there was champagne and a cake with
balloons and a note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Rachele, Victoria and Grant
all greeted us too and welcomed us to the hotel. They went above and beyond to
make our stay exceptional, which it was. We dined in ill Milino, KeHu and Costa
Grill and everything was delicious. The service was on point too. The only thing
that was wrong with the trip was it went too fast and was too short. :-). Wished
we could have stayed longer than we did go feel even more rested than we did. 5
Stars all around for the best hotel in all of Florida!!!

I can see why soo many people take up residency here, by the end of our 4th day
we didn't want to leave...the hotel and experience were top class more than we
could have imagined celebrating and cherishing our last vacation for a while.
Their attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel is impeccable and the
best part is that it did not even feel like a hotel. No large crowds at
check-in, or elevator, or unable to get a lounge chair. It felt like our own
slice of paradise. From the spa, to the restaurants, to the housekeeping it all
lived up to perfection.
Special shout-out to Victoria (from Guest Experience) who made our time at
Acqualina unforgettable! It's people like that that raise this resort above the
rest. More shout-outs to Igor, Shaquille, and all of the staff who embraced us
at Acqualina!

My husband and I travel a lot and we both agree that this resort is one of the
best we have stayed at in many years. The service is above and beyond in every
regard. Everyone is super attentive, nice, and look after every single detail.

Specifically, our beach attendant Daniel went above and beyond to make sure our
experience was perfect in every way, every day of our vacation. Super
personable, professional and helpful. Additionally, William, the head mixologist
at Il Mulino, took amazing care of us and even remembered our names and drink
orders the next day, as well as gave us recommendations as to what to do during
our stay.
As a final testament to our amazing stay, we booked another trip here for March,
while still on our trip this month. We can’t wait to come back!

The most customer focused and beautiful resort experience. Ever. Highly
recommend. Every detail of this experience is curated with luxury in mind. The
staff are friendly, competent and attentive, without being intrusive. The Spa
was perfectly appointed. The room was large and comfortable with great details
like the lighting! The restaurants were consistently outstanding. The grounds
were perfectly maintained, and the beach clean and inviting. Can't wait for next

My family just returned from a week at Acqualina. We had a fantastic stay and
the resort is truly 5 star. In particular we loved that the pool and beach are
so close and easily accessible. You can be out of your room and onto the beach
in 5 minutes or less. The beach was the nicest/cleanest beach you can find
anywhere. The service truly separates Acqualina. Beach/pool set up was
outstanding and fast. Everyone is extremely friendly. We booked Acqualina in
part because I had read that it is kid friendly and we definitely found that to
be the case. If you’re considering going - do it!

Annual girls trip at this property is amazing!! This hotel provides first class
customer experience. Birthday Dinner at Il Mulino was exquisite. Rigatoni
Bolognese and Chicken Parm was unbelievable. We kicked off the day today at the
beach. Shaq O’Neil took good care of us ladies setting up chairs and umbrellas
on the beach with perfect ocean view! 5 Diamond experience all the way!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at the beautiful Acqualina
resort. We were greeted so warmly and our room was decorated with festive
balloons and handwritten notes, all which were unexpected completely. The
generosity of every single staff member will never be forgotten and they are so
easily and happily ready to accept you as family when you were staying with
them. They even made me feel like my service dog was the VIP guest. Special
shout out to Victoria for finding my wedding band when I left it behind past
check out and collecting it for me returning it to safety of the security
department so that I could pick it up the next day. The beach and pool team were
wonderful a major shout out to the beach team who were generous to myself my
husband and my dog. I’d like to recognize the following people

We had a wonderful celebration when you were go and the beach team got creative
and asked us if we could literally re-create the photo with the same people in
the same poses under the same cabana and it was very fun very clever and it

give a special shout out to Grant Andre Mauro and the one and only Victoria for
making our experience fabulous. Dinner at El Molino for tonight‘s was fantastic
and sentimental. I recommend this hotel to anybody that is looking for an
unparalleled service experience.

Incredible hotel and even more amazing staff… Gianfranco and Shoaib were
particularly helpful and friendly with setting up the beach chairs. The servers
for food and beverages are also amazing and provided excellent service. All

and kid friendiness is amazing - they have kid diapers of different sizes by the
pool; they give you sunscreen and rooms have beautiful bottles with after sun

service on the world that treats you this good. Gianfranco and Conrad literally
waited on us hand and foot at the beach brought my kids toys the hotel it’s self

enjoyed a day on the beach and were assisted by Reggie and Lucas to rent our
beach chairs. They were very attentive and polite. They brought us over Jorge at
Costa Grill who took our drink and lunch order. Also very attentive. I had
scheduled a massage for that afternoon with Luis and I have to admit, I get
regular massages and that had to be one of the best I've ever had. The spa was
also very relaxing and I especially enjoyed the steam room. Later that evening
we had dinner in Il Mulino where we were we were served by Captain Ivan,
Ernesto, and Jimi. All were excellent but it was Jimi who we remember the most.
He was so kind and warm and made our dinner very special. Both days we ordered
in-room dining for breakfast and both days we had fantastic meals. We interacted
will multiple staff members and unfortunately I cannot remember everyone's name
but they all made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. All in all a marvelous
weekend and I look forward to our next stay.

Acqualina? It is simply an incredible place. There is everything you need to
relax and to enjoy your holiday. We appreciate a lot all the staff who has been

managed by the staff. We had a great welcome with an easy checkin procedure and

Without doubt one of my favorite hotels is the Acqualina!
Immaculate entrance, and hotel lobby was lovely, just renovated with the finest
furniture in the world.
We were greeted by the front desk manager with champagne flutes and promptly
escorted to our front ocean room, and what a view! absolutely magnificent.
Gorgeous décor, spacious bathroom and a heavenly bed.
The staff was extremely friendly, and Mr. Andre Silva (Director of Sales) was
most gracious. The beach and pool staff were the kindest and friendliest we've
encountered. We dined both at Il Mulino NY and Ke-uH both exquisite and service
on point.
The beach was stunning and the sea was warm and clam. And don't forget to relax
in the SPA, so clam and peaceful.
We had an amazing time and we are looking forward to returning with our families
so they too can experience luxury at it best.

years, and they never disappoint. Of course, the grounds are beautiful, and the

In particular, I cannot say enough about Anthony and Shoaib. Both gentlemen are

Amazing Family Vacation at Acqualina!
Service is the name of the game at Acqualina! The team is by far the most
customer oriented I’ve ever encountered during our travels. Starting with the
guest experience manager Maria Carolina who kicked us off with some magic for
our 6-year old by delivering milk and cookies, a delicious local fruit platter,
and Acqualina beach toys to our room with a personalized note upon arrival. We
spent each day at the beach and Thomas took care of us. His attention to detail,
kind demeanor, and professionalism is top tier. He was especially sweet in
accommodating requests from our son including specific beach bucket sizes and
lots of apple juice. Christian also provided awesome service to us at the beach
and getting us set up to lounge on the lawn for lunch one afternoon. Natalie
from food and beverage was a delight, there was no request she couldn’t fulfill
and made us feel incredibly spoiled. Each team member we interacted with (even
in passing) led with a smile and a quick check-in on whether we needed anything.
Vernette greeted us warmly each morning as we headed to the beach. Sandy from
the AcquaMarine program was a hit, our son joined two afternoons, giving us
parents a bit of quality time. We can’t wait to return to Acqualina. Everything
about our stay was spectacular… the accommodations, the food, the location, the

The perfect getaway

Returned last night from a wonderful week at the resort. It was our first time,
and it did not disappoint. I cannot even begin to list all the wonderful
employees we interacted with during our stay. All were so professional and
customer service oriented. Leilan of room service was such a wonderful moment
each morning as she brought our breakfast; all the beach, pool, and cafe staff
were so helpful (Valentina, Alejandro, Demetiras, Jorge, Akeem, Mohamed, and
many more). Reuben of the concierge was very helpful when making off premise
dining arrangements, and we did enjoy our dinners at both restaurants on-site as
well. We spent a day at the spa, and the staff and facilities did not
disappoint. Our ocean view room was so comfortable, and we enjoyed our balcony
each morning and evening. We cannot wait to return at some point in the future.

If you are looking for a relaxing beach resort with top-notch amenities, this is

spectacular Resort,with amazing facilities, a luxury, but with a touch of home,

The beach is wonderful and the hotel provides absolutely all support at all

anniversary trip and it was the best experience ever. We were greeted by
friendly faces at the valet and concierge desk and our room was ready
immediately. When we arrived to the room there was champagne and a cake with
balloons and a note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Rachele, Victoria and Grant
all greeted us too and welcomed us to the hotel. They went above and beyond to

that was wrong with the trip was it went too fast and was too short. :-). Wished

I can see why soo many people take up residency here, by the end of our 4th day
we didn't want to leave...the hotel and experience were top class more than we
could have imagined celebrating and cherishing our last vacation for a while.
Their attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel is impeccable and the
best part is that it did not even feel like a hotel. No large crowds at
check-in, or elevator, or unable to get a lounge chair. It felt like our own
slice of paradise. From the spa, to the restaurants, to the housekeeping it all

Specifically, our beach attendant Daniel went above and beyond to make sure our

Returned last night from a wonderful week at the resort. It was our first time,
and it did not disappoint. I cannot even begin to list all the wonderful
employees we interacted with during our stay. All were so professional and
customer service oriented. Leilan of room service was such a wonderful moment
each morning as she brought our breakfast; all the beach, pool, and cafe staff
were so helpful (Valentina, Alejandro, Demetiras, Jorge, Akeem, Mohamed, and
many more). Reuben of the concierge was very helpful when making off premise
dining arrangements, and we did enjoy our dinners at both restaurants on-site as
well. We spent a day at the spa, and the staff and facilities did not
disappoint. Our ocean view room was so comfortable, and we enjoyed our balcony
each morning and evening. We cannot wait to return at some point in the future.

If you are looking for a relaxing beach resort with top-notch amenities, this is
a great place to consider.

My stay at Acqualina exceeded any expectations I could have had. It is an
spectacular Resort,with amazing facilities, a luxury, but with a touch of home,
we feel at home.
The beach is wonderful and the hotel provides absolutely all support at all
times.
Two wonderful restaurants for different tastes, Italian and Japanese, meaning
the guest doesn't have to leave the hotel if they don't want to.
And the hotel's staff is very kind, helpful, attentive, which makes all the
difference, this treatment given to guests. I will certainly stay at Acqualina
again on my next trip to Miami.

This hotel goes above and beyond for its guests. Excellent location to kids
parks as well as short drive to Bal Harbour and Wynwood and excellent pool and
beach amenities. Extremely clean large rooms and luxury construction.

Amazing, wonderful, easy, comfortable, especially the pool and beach staff were

The Acqualina is the best hotel in all of Florida. Stayed there recently for an
anniversary trip and it was the best experience ever. We were greeted by
friendly faces at the valet and concierge desk and our room was ready
immediately. When we arrived to the room there was champagne and a cake with
balloons and a note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Rachele, Victoria and Grant
all greeted us too and welcomed us to the hotel. They went above and beyond to
make our stay exceptional, which it was. We dined in ill Milino, KeHu and Costa
Grill and everything was delicious. The service was on point too. The only thing
that was wrong with the trip was it went too fast and was too short. :-). Wished
we could have stayed longer than we did go feel even more rested than we did. 5
Stars all around for the best hotel in all of Florida!!!

I can see why soo many people take up residency here, by the end of our 4th day
we didn't want to leave...the hotel and experience were top class more than we
could have imagined celebrating and cherishing our last vacation for a while.
Their attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel is impeccable and the
best part is that it did not even feel like a hotel. No large crowds at
check-in, or elevator, or unable to get a lounge chair. It felt like our own
slice of paradise. From the spa, to the restaurants, to the housekeeping it all
lived up to perfection.
Special shout-out to Victoria (from Guest Experience) who made our time at
Acqualina unforgettable! It's people like that that raise this resort above the
rest. More shout-outs to Igor, Shaquille, and all of the staff who embraced us

My husband and I travel a lot and we both agree that this resort is one of the
best we have stayed at in many years. The service is above and beyond in every
regard. Everyone is super attentive, nice, and look after every single detail.

Specifically, our beach attendant Daniel went above and beyond to make sure our
experience was perfect in every way, every day of our vacation. Super
personable, professional and helpful. Additionally, William, the head mixologist
at Il Mulino, took amazing care of us and even remembered our names and drink
orders the next day, as well as gave us recommendations as to what to do during
our stay.
As a final testament to our amazing stay, we booked another trip here for March,
while still on our trip this month. We can’t wait to come back!

The most customer focused and beautiful resort experience. Ever. Highly
recommend. Every detail of this experience is curated with luxury in mind. The

My family just returned from a week at Acqualina. We had a fantastic stay and
the resort is truly 5 star. In particular we loved that the pool and beach are
so close and easily accessible. You can be out of your room and onto the beach
in 5 minutes or less. The beach was the nicest/cleanest beach you can find
anywhere. The service truly separates Acqualina. Beach/pool set up was
outstanding and fast. Everyone is extremely friendly. We booked Acqualina in
part because I had read that it is kid friendly and we definitely found that to
be the case. If you’re considering going - do it!

Annual girls trip at this property is amazing!! This hotel provides first class
customer experience. Birthday Dinner at Il Mulino was exquisite. Rigatoni
Bolognese and Chicken Parm was unbelievable. We kicked off the day today at the

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at the beautiful Acqualina
resort. We were greeted so warmly and our room was decorated with festive
balloons and handwritten notes, all which were unexpected completely. The
generosity of every single staff member will never be forgotten and they are so
easily and happily ready to accept you as family when you were staying with
them. They even made me feel like my service dog was the VIP guest. Special
shout out to Victoria for finding my wedding band when I left it behind past
check out and collecting it for me returning it to safety of the security
department so that I could pick it up the next day. The beach and pool team were
wonderful a major shout out to the beach team who were generous to myself my

We had a wonderful celebration when you were go and the beach team got creative

making our experience fabulous. Dinner at El Molino for tonight‘s was fantastic

and kid friendiness is amazing - they have kid diapers of different sizes by the

My boyfriend and I came for a weekend staycation, and all in all we had an
excellent experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We
enjoyed a day on the beach and were assisted by Reggie and Lucas to rent our
beach chairs. They were very attentive and polite. They brought us over Jorge at
Costa Grill who took our drink and lunch order. Also very attentive. I had
scheduled a massage for that afternoon with Luis and I have to admit, I get
regular massages and that had to be one of the best I've ever had. The spa was
also very relaxing and I especially enjoyed the steam room. Later that evening
we had dinner in Il Mulino where we were we were served by Captain Ivan,
Ernesto, and Jimi. All were excellent but it was Jimi who we remember the most.
He was so kind and warm and made our dinner very special. Both days we ordered
in-room dining for breakfast and both days we had fantastic meals. We interacted
will multiple staff members and unfortunately I cannot remember everyone's name
but they all made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. All in all a marvelous
weekend and I look forward to our next stay.

Was here for four days with my family and some friends. What I can say about
Acqualina? It is simply an incredible place. There is everything you need to
relax and to enjoy your holiday. We appreciate a lot all the staff who has been
always really available to listen and to satisfy our needs. All of us enjoy a
lot both the beach and the pools. SPA services are well organized and well
managed by the staff. We had a great welcome with an easy checkin procedure and
immediately we start our holiday thank to the on boarding received by the Guest
Experience manager. I really recommend you to come here to appreciate the place
and to customize your stay as you wish.

Without doubt one of my favorite hotels is the Acqualina!
Immaculate entrance, and hotel lobby was lovely, just renovated with the finest
furniture in the world.
We were greeted by the front desk manager with champagne flutes and promptly
escorted to our front ocean room, and what a view! absolutely magnificent.
Gorgeous décor, spacious bathroom and a heavenly bed.
The staff was extremely friendly, and Mr. Andre Silva (Director of Sales) was
most gracious. The beach and pool staff were the kindest and friendliest we've
encountered. We dined both at Il Mulino NY and Ke-uH both exquisite and service
on point.
The beach was stunning and the sea was warm and clam. And don't forget to relax
in the SPA, so clam and peaceful.
We had an amazing time and we are looking forward to returning with our families
so they too can experience luxury at it best.

We have come to the Acqualina resort at least 5 or 6 times in the last few
years, and they never disappoint. Of course, the grounds are beautiful, and the
rooms are very comfortable, but what keeps us coming back, is the impeccable
service. We are always met with friendly faces, eager to make our stay amazing.
In particular, I cannot say enough about Anthony and Shoaib. Both gentlemen are
fun, friendly, and extremely attentive. Whether it was making sure our ice
bucket was always filled with fresh ice, or our little girl had everything she
needed for fun on the beach, they were there, ready to deliver. As a family, we
have been lucky enough to stay at some of the best hotels all around the world,
and I can honestly say, the Acqualina is truly a one of a kind resort.

Amazing Family Vacation at Acqualina!
Service is the name of the game at Acqualina! The team is by far the most
customer oriented I’ve ever encountered during our travels. Starting with the
guest experience manager Maria Carolina who kicked us off with some magic for
our 6-year old by delivering milk and cookies, a delicious local fruit platter,
and Acqualina beach toys to our room with a personalized note upon arrival. We
spent each day at the beach and Thomas took care of us. His attention to detail,
kind demeanor, and professionalism is top tier. He was especially sweet in
accommodating requests from our son including specific beach bucket sizes and
lots of apple juice. Christian also provided awesome service to us at the beach
and getting us set up to lounge on the lawn for lunch one afternoon. Natalie
from food and beverage was a delight, there was no request she couldn’t fulfill
and made us feel incredibly spoiled. Each team member we interacted with (even
in passing) led with a smile and a quick check-in on whether we needed anything.
Vernette greeted us warmly each morning as we headed to the beach. Sandy from
the AcquaMarine program was a hit, our son joined two afternoons, giving us
parents a bit of quality time. We can’t wait to return to Acqualina. Everything
about our stay was spectacular… the accommodations, the food, the location, the
beach, but most of all the service.

The perfect getaway
My wife and I took a week-long trip to Florida and stayed at Acqualina. This
place is paradise. I would highly recommend getting a room with an oceanfront
