Your old supplier will then arrange to send out a final invoice to you. We'll handle the entire process and it only takes about 14 days. You'll keep your existing telephone number, and if you don't have a telephone line we can install one for you. * Do I have to tell my current broadband provider I’m leaving?Expand or collapse answer No, leave this with us and we'll let them know you're switching. Unlimited data means no data caps when you use your SIM in a mobile phone in the UK. Just keep in mind that our fair use policy does apply – and when roaming in Europe, your data is capped at 14GB each month. * How does a SIM only deal work?Expand or collapse answer A SIM only deal gives you data, minutes and texts for a monthly cost.
