TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL PACKAGES

 * Dress Code
   
   Formals or Smart casuals. Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops and
   chappals are not permitted. Right to admission is reserved with the
   management.

 * Promotional Voucher Terms
   
   Promotional voucher will not be issued to guests between the age group 18 to
   20 years. The permissible age for entry on the casino floor is 21 years and
   above. Promotional voucher will be issued in denominations of INR. 500 and
   can only be played on non-commission live games which offer even payment (1
   to1) such as Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, Casino War, Money wheel and on even
   chances on Roulette game.



GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 * A group consists of a minimum of 20 guests. Service charge will be applicable
   for groups consisting of over 50 guests.
 * Dinner will be served from 8:30 pm. Alcoholic drinks will be served: 7:00 pm
   - 1:00 am. After 1:00 am, drinks will be served only on gaming tables
   (provided he/she is playing).
 * The package rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
 * A valid Government photo ID should be carried for verification before getting
   onboard. The passport is a must for all international guests coming to Big
   Daddy property and they will have to furnish the same upon request.
 * Safeguarding of baggage would incur extra charges

•	Boarding Point: Captain of Ports, D. Bandodkar Road, Patto Colony, Panaji - Goa 403001.
•	Chaat will be served in the designated area between (Weekdays) 7:00 pm to 12:00 am & Weekend (07:00pm to 01:00am).
•	Dinner will be served in the Aish-O-Rum area between (Weekday) 8:30 pm to 01:00 am & (Weekend) 08:30 pm to 02:00 am. 
•	Alcoholic beverages will be served between (Weekdays) 7:00 pm to 12:00 am & (Weekend) from 07:00 pm to 12:30 am Post these hours, drinks will be served only on gaming tables.
•	Serving on HighTide: Live Asian counter between 07:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Alcoholic beverages between 7:00 pm to 12:00 am and Dinner between 8:30 pm to 01:00 am.
•	Dress code for entry is Formals or Smart casual. Shorts, sleeveless t-shirts, flip-flops, and chappals and track -pants are not permitted. (No restrictions for ladies.)
•	Age group 18 to 21 years cannot avail of packages with chips. The permissible age for entry on the Casino floor is above 21 years.
•	A valid Government photo ID should be carried for verification before getting onboard.
•	Any foreign national must produce an authentic passport and visa  for verification before getting onboard.
•	For Poker Packages, the entry fee will be refunded if the patron plays for min. 4hrs and has registered his / her ticket with Poker Room prior to play.
•	Please check with the gaming team for the limitations on the usage of Promotional Vouchers before placing your bets.
•	The availability of feeder boats is subject to weather & sea conditions. Management reserves the right to delay feeder boat service without prior notice in the best interest of the guest’s safety & comfort.
•	Photography and Videography are not allowed on any floors on the Vessel. Need Permission.
•	Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
•	If any guest is found with Covid – 19 symptoms or found breaking Big Daddy Casino Covid-19 protocols, management reserves the right to request the guest to leave the premises.
•	High Tide is closed during monsoons and rough weather. Entry to the same is restricted during the said period.
•	People in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry onboard Big Daddy Casino.
•	Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests they believe are in an inebriated state. People found in an inebriated state onboard Big Daddy Casino will be asked to leave the premises, the discretion of which lies with the Management. The said Guest is liable to pay damages and cleaning charges to Big Daddy Casino.
•	Management also reserves the right to remove individuals from Big Daddy Casino in case of unruly or disruptive behavior.
•	Management reserves the right to close any deck or any other area due to unfavorable weather conditions or private bookings.
•	The package rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
•	Management reserves the right to admission.
•	The casino will be operational 24 hours.

Kids Entry Terms & Conditions:

•	Kid's entry must be done before or by 07.00 pm. Post which kid's room access is subject to availability.
•	The Kid's room is subject to be full before 07.00 pm as well.
•	In the above scenarios, we can reschedule your entry to another date OR We can assist with a Refund.
•	A female parent or guardian must accompany the child under the age of five in the children's area.
•	If rescheduling is done from the Weekday to a weekend the price difference requires to be paid.

Cancellation Policy:
•	Cancellation charges are applicable on Weekday Packages i.e. Monday to Thursday  (25% of the booking amount).
•	Cancellations are not allowed on Blackout dates and on special events (special rates).
•	If any campaign is applied, then cancellation is not applicable (i.e. Discount or Extra Promotional Voucher)
•	One date change is allowed for a future date with applicable difference amount payable depending on weekday & weekend pricing and can only be done 24 hours before the booking date.
•	If the booking is done for a weekend, but the rescheduled date is a weekday refund will not be processed for the difference amount. The difference amount will be paid as extra Promotional Voucher’s.
•	Cancellations will be considered if intimidated 24 hrs. Prior to the Date of the Visit.
•	No Cancellations/Refunds or transfers of tickets will be processed in case of a no-show.
•	Refunds shall be processed via bank transfer only. Once an online refund request is generated, the same will be processed within 10 – 15 working days
•	No refund can be processed if a guest utilizes their Promotional Vouchers or Match play coupons offered to them as part of their package.
•	No refund will be processed in case of unavailability of any open deck due to private function, weather conditions, or any untoward situation.

CANCELATION POLICY

 * Cancellation charges are applicable on Weekday Packages i.e. Monday to
   Thursday (25% of the booking amount).
 * Cancellations are not allowed on Blackout dates and on special events
   (special rates).
 * If any campaign is applied, then cancellation is not applicable (i.e.
   Discount or Extra Promotional Voucher).
 * One date change is allowed for a future date with applicable difference
   amount payable depending on weekday & weekend pricing and can only be done 24
   hours before the booking date.
 * If the booking is done for a weekend, but the rescheduled date is a weekday
   refund will not be processed for the difference amount. The difference amount
   will be paid as extra Promotional Voucher’s.
 * Cancellations will be considered if intimidated 24 hrs. Prior to the Date of
   the Visit.
 * No Cancellations/Refunds or transfers of tickets will be processed in case of
   a no-show.
 * Refunds shall be processed via bank transfer only. Once an online refund
   request is generated, the same will be processed within 10 – 15 working days.
 * No refund can be processed if a guest utilizes their Promotional Vouchers or
   Match play coupons offered to them as part of their package.
 * No refund will be processed in case of unavailability of any open deck due to
   private function, weather conditions, or any untoward situation.
