   All of the greenhouses in the Woodpecker range can be specified with a
   painted finish as an optional extra. Applying a painted finish is perfect for
   those who are wishing to acquire a building which mirrors the original
   victorian greenhouse tradition or a requirement to meet local planning
   restrictions.
   
   Our painted finished greenhouses come with a 10 Warranty against the
   durability of the painted finish. Our painted greenhouses are manufactured
   from Accoya timber which provides a preferential surface for paint
   application. Our painted greenhouses also benefit from the 25 guarantee
   against rot we provide with our Accoya timber greenhouse range.

Throughout our wooden greenhouse range we have no limitation to the scale or
size of structure. We can take any of our greenhouse designs and modify to suit
your needs – this can be size, height or appearance. We have a large portfolio
of past projects from both residential and commercial customers. Our tried and
tested experience in greenhouses means we can offer you expert guidance and
practical advice from start to finish.

We do not compromise in the quality of timber used throughout our range of
greenhouses. Exclusively using 100% grade 2 clear and better Western Red Cedar
timber which we import directly from British Columbia, Canada. We choose to use
Western Red Cedar as it requires exceptionally low levels of maintenance and in
use, unlikely to twist or warp in shape.  The perfect timber to use in
greenhouse and garden building manufacturing. The only glass we use in our
greenhouses is 4mm thick toughened safety glass, the safest choice for a
glasshouse.

Established in 1994, we are proud to be a family-owned and run British
manufacturer of greenhouses and cedar garden buildings.  Based in rural
Staffordshire, we have over 25 years experience.   We concentrate in offering a
tailor-made bespoke design service.  Engineering the strongest wooden
greenhouses available on the open market at a realistic and affordable price. 
Our enthusiastic design team are constantly working to innovate and refine our
range of garden buildings.  Our greenhouses have a reputation for not only
strength and durability, but also their quality and distinctive appearance.  Our
aim is to produce the world’s finest cedar greenhouses.

We offer a free installation service throughout the mainland UK (no hidden
surcharge). We use our own in-house installation teams to deliver and install
our greenhouses, giving you the reassurance and peace of mind that every effort
will be made to ensure the highest standard of finish is achieved.

The quality of our greenhouses has earned us an international reputation and we
are able to export and install our product range worldwide.  We are experienced
in exporting not only to Europe but America and even as far as Australia.  Where
the language barrier may prove problematic, for ease, we now have agents based
in European countries to act as representatives and to help with any
requirements you may have.

We have a large indoor showroom displaying our range of greenhouses and garden
buildings (open all year round).  The show area is built adjacent to our
workshops, where you are able to see our skilled craftsman at work; cutting,
planing, assembling timbers and hand finishing our buildings. We are open six
days a week and welcome any visitors (please be aware that our showroom is
upstairs and does not currently have step-free access). We are currently
operating an appointment system but have many slots available throughout the
day. Appointments can be made through the website on our ‘contact us’ page or by
calling on 01889 562610.

If a trip to Staffordshire is a little far for you, throughout the year we
exhibit at a number of flower shows over the country.  With our years of
exhibiting and showcasing our garden buildings, we have won multiple awards for
the quality of our trade stand presentation from the Royal Horticultural
Society, the North of England Horticultural Society and many more. Details of
shows we are attending, and when, can be found on our exhibitions page.   Please

 * We have installed a 12ft x 12ft Centaur greenhouse to be a part of the new
   grow your own display at the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery near Bodmin. The
   greenhouse is available for public viewing and displays the quality of our
   greenhouses surrounded by a thriving and diverse range of plants the nursery
   has a reputation for.
