may be outside their lending parameters.

   Having Zions Bank either co-originate or purchase the long-term commercial
   real estate loan leaves you more time to better accommodate your customers'
   lines of credit and other short-term financing needs. Your need to
   participate in the borrowing relationship with other banks is reduced. If the
   commercial real estate loan (or total lending relationship) exceeds your
   limits, Zions can fund the loan at closing, so the loan transaction never
   appears on your books.
 * Increased Earnings
   Increase earnings by receiving all origination fees plus the premium. And,

   Co-originate or sell long-term (20–25 years) loans to Zions immediately

   and out-of-market transactions.
